The treatment device includes at least two ribbed rollers which are driven in rotation by a transmission. The transmission includes at least one flexible element which collaborates with a driving member and driven members which are mounted on shafts which drive the rotation of the rollers. At least one of the driven members is mounted on its shaft by a freewheel configured to transmit rotational movement from the driven member to the shaft in just one direction.
Abstract:
The mower of the present invention comprises a frame, a cutting mechanism supported by the frame, and a windrow grouping mechanism. In turn, the windrow grouping mechanism comprises a longitudinal conveying device and a transverse conveying device. The mower of the present invention is notable in that the longitudinal conveying device comprises at least one roller, the longitudinal axis of which is substantially perpendicular to a direction of forward travel of the mower. The roller is driven in rotation about the longitudinal axis so that its surface transports a product, cut by the cutting mechanism, toward the rear of the mower.
Abstract:
A cutting machine comprising a chassis connected to a motor vehicle, a cutting device comprising cutting members, a connecting device connecting the cutting device to the chassis in such a way as to allow the cutting device to be brought into a work position and into a transport position and comprising at least two connecting rods each one connected to the cutting device and to the chassis by means of a respective connection, one of the connections being a connection of the ball-joint type. The cutting machine is characterized in that at least one of the connections connecting a connecting rod to the cutting device or to the chassis comprises an elastic element.
Abstract:
An agricultural machine includes a body, a connecting mechanism, an operating device for pivoting the connecting mechanism into at least two working positions, transmission elements which include at least one gearbox, and a control mechanism intended to pivot the gearbox into operating positions corresponding to the working positions of the connecting mechanism. In accordance with the invention, the control mechanism is installed, among others, between the gearbox and the operating device. This control mechanism can also include a first control cylinder installed between the connecting mechanism and the body and connected in series to a second control cylinder installed between the body and the gearbox.
Abstract:
A cutting device for a cutting machine including a driver driven by a drive shaft, a support structure secured to the driver and at least one drive device intended to drive a cut product toward the rear of the cutting machine. The drive device includes at least two drive walls which extend approximately right around the support structure and which are fixed removably to the support structure by assembly elements.
Abstract:
A method and device for automatically adjusting the lightening of a working unit (U) of a machine by use of a hydraulic ram (57) associated with a hydropneumatic accumulator (67). Use is made of a second hydraulic ram (58) of which the piston (53), which can move as far as a predetermined position (PP) in the cylinder (C2) and which is detached from the rod (46) of the first hydraulic ram (57), acts directly or indirectly on the latter rod via the oil (O) contained in the first hydraulic ram (57). The working unit (U) is raised and lowered by the second hydraulic ram (58). When raising the working unit (U), the volume of oil in the first hydraulic ram (57) is increased or decreased in such a way that the working unit (U) is always at a predetermined height (HP) at the end of raising travel.
Abstract:
A valve includes a distributor with four ports and two positions. In a first position, a first non-return valve allows only circulation of a fluid from the first port toward the third port, while the second port and the fourth port are directly in communication with one another. In a second position, the third port and the fourth port are directly in communication with one another, while a second non-return valve allows only circulation of fluid from the third port and the fourth port in communication toward the first port.
Abstract:
A harvesting machine includes a frame carrying at least one harvesting mechanism and a lightening device of the harvesting mechanism. The lightening device includes second hydraulic jacks articulated on the frame and on the harvesting mechanism and connected by hydraulic circuits to first hydraulic jacks so as to be able to be actuated by the first hydraulic jacks and to hydropneumatic accumulators.
Abstract:
Mower including a suspension device connecting a harvesting mechanism to a chassis and allowing the harvesting mechanism a heightwise movement with respect to the chassis. The mower further including a lightening device associated with the harvesting mechanism and including two elastically deformable members extending transversely to a direction of forward travel during work, each elastically deformable member acting, via a first of its ends, on a corresponding end of the harvesting mechanism. The mower including a centralized device for adjusting the lightening force exerted on the harvesting mechanism, where the device is coupled to the second ends of the elastically deformable members. The centralized device for adjusting the lightening force exerted on the harvesting mechanism includes a rotary control member connected to the chassis and coupled to each second end of the elastically deformable members via a configuration which converts the rotation of the rotary control member into an action of stressing or relaxing the elastically deformable members depending on the direction in which the rotary control member is turned.
