    摘要: The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device which can enhance the accuracy in feeding back a common potential applied to common voltage supply lines. A display panel includes a common bus line electrically connected to common electrodes and formed annularly on a periphery of the display region, a common sensing line for feeding back a voltage of the common bus line to a control printed circuit board, a scanning-signal-drive-circuit-use power source line for supplying electricity for driving a scanning signal drive circuit, and a common-voltage-supply-use line for supplying a common voltage to the common bus line. The common-voltage-supply-use line, the common sensing line and the scanning-signal-drive-circuit-use power source line are formed along one side of the display panel to which at least the scanning signal drive circuit is connected. The common sensing line is formed between the common-voltage-supply-use line and the scanning-signal-drive-circuit-use power source line on one side of the display panel.

    摘要: The present invention enhances accuracy in feedbacking a common potential applied to common electricity supply lines. On a substrate of a display device, a plurality of scanning signal lines, a plurality of video signal lines which stereoscopically intersects the plurality of scanning signal lines by way of an insulation layer, common electricity supply lines arranged in a matrix array which intersect the plurality of scanning signal lines and the plurality of video signal lines by way of the insulation layer, and a common bus line which is arranged around an approximately quadrangular display region to surround the display region annularly and is electrically connected with the common electricity supply lines are formed. The substrate includes a common sensing line which feedbacks a voltage of the common bus line to a common voltage generating circuit, and the common sensing line is connected to a side of the common bus line opposite to a side of the common bus line to which the voltage of the common potential is applied. Further, the common sensing line is configured not to stereoscopically intersect other conductive layer formed on the substrate.

    摘要: Where T.sub.1 is a period of a dynamic operation range of a phase comparative waveform of a motor servo apparatus, and a period T.sub.0 of a reference phase signal is measured, the reference phase signal is delayed by T.sub.3 =T.sub.0 -T.sub.1 /2 to obtain a gate signal. The dynamic operation range is started by the gate signal. Thus, the operational center of the phase system is brought in line with the dynamic operation range. The operation is made symmetrical in the dynamic operation range to achieve a rapid servo lock and a stable phase control over the motor servo apparatus, even at the start of the motor or when an external perturbation occurs.

There is disclosed a display device that includes a display panel in which the plural pixel electrodes are positioned between two neighboring video signal lines and arranged in the extending direction of the video signal lines, a pixel electrode connected to one of the two neighboring video signal lines through a TFT and a pixel electrode connected to the other video signal line through a TFT being alternately arranged; and a correction circuit that compares the tone of video data to be written into one of the plural pixel electrodes against the tone of video data to be written into a preceding pixel electrode that is connected through a TFT to the video signal line, to which the one of the plural pixel electrodes is also connected through a TFT, and placed one position toward a signal input end of the video signal line as compared to the one of the plural pixel electrodes, and corrects the video data to be written into the one of the plural pixel electrodes.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel which sandwiches liquid crystal in the inside thereof sealed by a TFT substrate, a color filter substrate and a sealing portion, and a flexible printed circuit board which is mounted on the TFT substrate, wherein the TFT substrate has an area larger than the color filter substrate. A plurality of scanning lines extend in a lateral direction and are arranged parallel to each other in a longitudinal direction, a plurality data signal lines extend in the longitudinal direction and are arranged parallel to each other in the lateral direction, and terminal portions corresponding to the scanning lines are formed on the TFT substrate, the terminal portion is arranged at a region that is not covered by the color filter substrate. The terminal portions and the scanning lines are connected by auxiliary lines and connection lines in order from the terminal portions. The connection lines are arranged in a region covered with the color filter substrate, and the auxiliary lines extend to both the region that is covered by the color filter substrate and the region that is not covered by the color filter substrate.

    摘要: An LCD device has a pair of substrates including orientation films on surfaces thereof which face opposing substrates. The substrate on which signal lines are formed, on a side thereof which is disposed between a region on which sealing material is arranged and a display region and along which the signal lines extend to the outside of the sealing material from the display region, includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and an insulation layer which is interposed therebetween. The insulation layer extends in the direction at least along an outer periphery of the display region, and includes groove portion having a recessed groove which opens on the orientation film side. The first conductive layer is covered on the surface of the recessed groove. The signal lines are formed in a state that the signal lines go around the recessed groove.
