摘要: An address translating program enables a server to identify the addresses of clients without the need for any special processing on the side of the server. When a computer receives a request packet, which has a source address translated into the address of a proxy server, output from a client to a server, via the proxy server, the computer analyzes contents of the request packet to acquire the address of the client. Then, the computer translates the source address of the request packet into the acquired address of the client and transmits the request packet to the server. Then, when the computer receives a response packet in response to the request packet from the server, the computer translates a destination address of the response packet from the address of the client into the address of the proxy server, and transmits the response packet to the proxy server.

摘要: In a tire inflation pressure detecting apparatus according the invention, a second transceiver provided on the body of a vehicle changes operation thereof alternatively between a second transmitter and a second receiver mode, thereby intermittently transmitting a radio wave. A first transceiver provided on a wheel of the vehicle operates in a first receiver mode to receive the radio wave, thereby charging a charging unit. When the charging unit has been sufficiently charged, the first transceiver changes operation thereof from the first receiver mode to a first transmitter mode, in which the first transceiver first repeatedly transmits an informing signal at predetermined time intervals for a predetermined time period and then transmits a pressure signal. When the informing signal is received by the second transceiver in the second receiver mode, the second transceiver keeps the operation thereof in the second receiver mode until the pressure signal is completely received thereby.

摘要: In an ink supply amount adjustment method for a printing press, one of a density value and a color value of a printing product is measured. The difference between the measurement value and a preset reference value related to one of the density value and the color value is obtained. The relationship between the obtained difference and at least one of a preset first allowable difference and a preset second allowable difference larger than the first allowable difference is determined in accordance with a set allowance mode. The ink supply amount is adjusted in accordance with the determination result. An ink supply amount adjustment apparatus is also disclosed.

摘要: A wheel identifying apparatus according to the present invention includes a plurality of transceivers, a triggering device, a receiver, and a wheel identifier. Each of the transceivers is located on one of a plurality of wheels of a vehicle and works to receive a trigger signal and transmit a response signal in response to receipt of the trigger signal. The triggering device is located on a body of the vehicle at different distances from the transceivers and works to transmit the trigger signal. The receiver works to receive the response signals transmitted by the transceivers. The wheel identifier is operatively connected to the receiver and works to identify, for each of the response signals received by the receiver, the wheel on which the transceiver having transmitted the response signal is located using the fact that strengths of the trigger signal at the transceivers are different from each other.

摘要: A hydraulic tilt system for a marine propulsion includes an improved construction for ensuring a reliable tilting operation and holding the marine propulsion at a tilted position securely. The hydraulic tilt system has a pair of shuttle valve assemblies which can selectively deliver working fluid to one of upper and lower chambers in a tilt cylinder housing from a fluid pump or return it to the pump from the other chamber. The respective shuttle valve assemblies include shuttle pistons slidably supported in shuttle housings. Only one of the shuttle pistons has a seal member therearound. A small gap is, therefore, formed between an outer surface of the other shuttle piston and an inner surface of the shuttle housing. An air bubble or excessive fluid which may accumulate in a fluid passage connecting the both shuttle housings will promptly slip out through the gap

摘要: An objective is to provide screening methods for substances having an activity of promoting maturation into hemocytes. It was revealed that in the maturation process of erythrocytes and platelets, RP S19 multimers are released to the outside of the cell and act on the C5a receptors of erythroblasts and megakaryocytes, thereby causing maturation of erythroblasts and megakaryocytes to erythrocytes and platelets. Based on such findings, the present invention provides methods of screening for substances having an activity of promoting maturation into hemocytes by targeting the RP S19 multimers and C5a receptors. The screening methods of the present invention can detect hemocyte maturation using an increase of the R4 RGS family as an indicator. Furthermore, the present invention provides agents for promoting hemocyte maturation, which comprise RP S19 multimers and a substance having an activity of promoting maturation into hemocytes as useful components. The present invention also provides methods for producing erythrocytes and platelets, which include the step of contacting RP S19 multimers and a substance having an activity of promoting maturation into hemocytes with erythroblasts or megakaryocytes.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes an instruction receiver, a 3D depth information acquiring module, and a 3D display information output module. The instruction receiver receives an instruction to output GUI display information. The 3D depth information acquiring module acquires pieces of 3D-depth-related information corresponding to items to be displayed as a GUI display in response to the instruction. The 3D display information output module outputs GUI display information according to the acquired pieces of 3D-depth-related information so that at least part of the items to be displayed as a GUI display will be displayed in 3D if the acquired pieces of 3D-depth-related information comprises information corresponding to an item that should be displayed in 3D.
