    摘要: The present invention is directed to a system, device, apparatus, methodology, technique and kit that allow a party to more effectively purge a hydraulic system of trapped air, along with any residual oil. The configuration of the present invention, which connects to the external hydraulic system, collects the residual oil in an accumulation chamber with transparent sides. A worker can thus see the progress of the hydraulic purge and easily dispose of the oil without mess and exposure.

The piston assembly is disposed within the piston chamber, wherein a movement of the piston assembly causes a gas separated from a liquid within the variable volume to flow through the fluid passageway, through the valve, and into the fluid chamber.

    摘要: A valve includes a basic body, control spool, sealing ring, and control cover. The control spool is received in the basic body to be movable along a longitudinal axis. The basic body includes a counter-sealing surface, connecting channel, and tank channel having at least one first annular groove surrounding the control spool. The control cover and at least one end face of the control spool facing toward the longitudinal axis delimits, at least in part, a control space. The control cover includes a sealing surface that abuts the counter-sealing surface of the basic body. At least one of the sealing surface and the counter-sealing surface includes a sealing groove that surrounds the control space in ring-like fashion. The sealing ring is received in the sealing groove. The connecting channel opens out into the tank channel and into the sealing groove.

    摘要: A hydraulic fluid de-aeration device for a hydraulically actuated variable valve actuation system is provided. The device includes a de-aeration bridge having a first end and a second end. The device includes a conical de-aeration chamber having an outer wall and a generally vertical center axis. The second end of the de-aeration bridge is offset from the center axis of the de-aeration chamber such that hydraulic fluid flowing from the de-aeration bridge is directed towards the outer wall of the de-aeration chamber. The device includes a cover with a vent hole for air that is expelled from the hydraulic fluid. A passage connected to the de-aeration chamber supplies the hydraulic fluid to a hydraulic fluid gallery of the variable valve actuation system.
