    摘要: The cylinder block assembly (1a) of a swash plate type refrigerant compressor is formed with a suction passageway (17) in which a refrigerant gas containing a mist-like lubricant oil therein is sucked and passed therethrough, and a cylindrical separating chamber (22) is formed by an extension (21) from an inner wall of the suction passageway and has an opening directed toward an entering direction of a flow of the lubricant oil-containing refrigerant gas. The separating chamber (22) is provided with an bottom wall (22a) having a through-hole for an entrance of the oil, communicating between the separating chamber (22) and a swash plate chamber (4). The refrigerant gas containing the lubricant oil therein enters the cylindrical separating chamber (22) arranged in the suction passageway (17) and impringes upon an inner wall (22b) and the bottom wall (22a), whereby the flow direction thereof is changed, and flows out of the chamber through the opening into the suction passageway to thereby separate the lubricant oil from the refrigerant gas. The separated lubricant oil is supplied from the separating chamber (22) into the swash plate chamber (4), without overflowing from the chamber toward the suction passageway.

The extrusion molding section includes a base section and a hollow sealing section. The length of the seal lip is gradually changed at a front upper corner part. During extrusion molding, the part of the extrusion molding section which corresponds to a front lower corner part is formed as follows: That is, the sealing section is larger in height than the other part. At least the part of the extrusion molding section which corresponds to the lower section is smaller in wall thickness of the vehicle outside base end part of the sealing section than the part which corresponds to the upper section.

    摘要: A discharge valve apparatus for a compressor includes a valve plate with a port opened, a lead valve fixed on the valve plate, adapted for swingably opening and closing the port elastically, and including a substantially disk-shaped head portion and a neck portion constricted continuously from the head portion, and a retainer fixed on the valve plate, and including an inclining surface adapted for regulating the opening degree of the lead valve, the inclining surface having an inclination varying around an area where the retainer is brought into contact with the head portion of the lead valve when the lead valve fully opens the port. With the discharge valve apparatus, the lead valve can be inhibited from adhering on the retainer through the lubricant contained in the refrigerant, and accordingly the volumetric efficiency deterioration, resulting from the retardation of the lead valve in the returning, can be inhibited. In addition, instead of the inclining surface of the retainer, the discharge valve apparatus may include a contact projection disposed either on a surface of the retainer facing the lead valve or on a surface of the lead valve facing the retainer.

    摘要: A swash plate type compressor is provided with a plurality of cylinders and a front and rear cylinder blocks having a crank case connected to a suction port. The cylinder blocks are connected to a front and rear housing sections in order to cover the cylinders. Each housing section contains a discharge chamber. A drive shaft is rotatable supported by the cylinder blocks. One end of the drive shaft is sealed within the front housing. A swash plate is mounted on the drive shaft and is rotatably disposed within the crank case. A plurality of two-head pistons engage the swash plate via a pair of shoes. The pistons move within their respective cylinders in cooperation with the swash plate. The refrigerant is sucked into each cylinder via a suction passage, and is then compressed therein. The refrigerant is discharged into the external refrigerating circuit through the front and rear discharge chambers, .and the front and rear discharge ports. A discharge passage is provided within the drive shaft, and interconnects the front and rear discharge chambers. A valve is provided at one end of the discharge passage to control the opening of the discharge port in relation to the pressure difference between the front and rear discharge chambers.
