摘要： An FPC (flexible printed circuit) board arrangement structure for zoom lens barrels of a camera is provided. The FPC board connects a shutter block carried by each zoom lens and a controller carried by the camera. The FPC board has a first portion to be connected to the shutter block, a second portion to be connected to the controller, and a connecting portion connecting the first and second portions. The connecting portion includes at least one foldable portion and a deformable portion. The length of the deformable portion is substantially constant regardless of an extended amount of a zoom lens barrel. The foldable portion is folded when the flexible printed circuit board is implemented in one of the zoom lens barrels, and is unfolded when implemented in another zoom lens barrel.

摘要： Infrared spectroscopy for rapidly identifying the kind of a plastic product on the spot. The surface of the plastic product is partially pyrolyzed in a quite short time to produce pyrolysis product gas. The gas is introduced into an infrared spectrophotometer to obtain an infrared absorption spectrum of the gas. The spectrum is collated with a pyrolysis infrared absorption spectrum of a standard sample. Thus, the plastic is identified. A heating probe comprising a heat radiation emitter mounted in the body of the probe, an opening formed in the body of the probe, an aperture formed in the body and located opposite to the opening, a reflecting mirror for directing the radiation into the opening, and a conduit for connecting thin ports in the probe with the spectrophotometer and with an external carrier gas source. The heat radiation emitter emits heat radiation for pyrolyzing the surface of the plastic product. The mirror is located near the aperture.

摘要： A zoom lens barrel includes a code plate and brushes which selectively come into contact with the code plate to detect focal length variance during zooming, so that focal length data thus detected can be transmitted to a camera body through a flexible printed circuit (FPC) board, one of the code plate land brushes being secured to a mounting member and the other of the brushes or code plate being secured to a linearly movable member. The brushes are provided with elastically deformable lengths which can be connected to the FPC board, and a connecting portion thereof connected to the code plate. The mounting member or linearly movable member to which the brush assembly is secured is provided with an FPC board inserting groove with which the elastically deformable legs of the brushes can come into contact. The FPC board is provided with an insertion portion which is inserted between the FPC board inserting groove and the elastically deformable legs.

摘要： A fiber reinforced plastics comprises a resin and chopped strands dispersed in the resin, wherein the chopped strands comprise glass fiber chopped strands composed of cut assemblies of glass filaments and high elastic chopped strands composed of cut assemblies of high modulus inorgtanic filaments having higher elastic modulus than the filaments and having 3000 or less number of assembled filaments. By this arrangement, the both chopped strands are closely and uniformly dispersed in the resin and the force interaction between the both chopped stands are enhanced. The resultant plastics has remarkably improved strength and fatigue durability, and higher rigidity than conventional ones.

摘要： The improved structure of an inductor with an amorphous sheet core and a winding has been found. A core assembly has a pair of housing halves made of non-magnetic material with U-shaped track, in which a laminated amorphous sheet is mounted. The ends of the halves are inserted in a winding so that the ends of the cores abut with each other directly or through a gap spacer. The core halves are pressed by spring action to assemble the inductor. The core halves are produced by the steps of winding an amorphous sheet to a coil, inserting the coil in the track of the housing, and impregnating the coil with plastics.

摘要： When a plasma display panel driven by a conventional driving circuit therefor, spurious pulsed voltages appear across discharge cells which are in the vicinity of a selected discharge cell. A method and apparatus for driving a plasma display panel in a time division manner includes supplying the plasma display panel electrodes with suppress pulse trains for cancelling the spurious pulse voltages coupled thereto. The suppress pulse trains are in synchronism with, and of a polarity opposite to the driving pulses that are supplied to such electrodes in accordance with time division principles.
