摘要： The present invention relates to a photomask case structure, and more particularly to a photomask case able to firmly fix position of a photomask, which includes an upper cover, a lower cover, supporters and position fixing pieces. Accordingly, when a photomask is retained within the photomask case, then elastic holding portions of the position fixing pieces are used to elastically hold one side of the photomask, beveled edges of the position fixing pieces are used to hold another side of the photomask, and finally press portions of the elastic holding portions are used to elastically press down on the surface of the photomask, thereby firmly retaining the photomask within the photomask case, and preventing impact damage to the photomask from occurring.

摘要： In accordance with an example embodiment, there is disclosed herein an apparatus comprising a top case having a top surface and a side surface and a bottom case having a bottom surface and a side surface. The top case comprises a flange protruding from the side surface, the flange having at least one extended surface. The bottom case has an aperture having portions extending from the bottom surface to the side surface. The portion of the aperture extending along the bottom surface is configured to have sufficient width to allow the entire flange to pass through. The side surface of the bottom case has a vertical post such that the base section of the flange passes through the portion of the aperture on the side surface while vertical post retains the at least one extended surface.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus of holder of photomask for holding the photomask, which is placed in the transfer box and to be exposed by projecting light during process of manufacturing semiconductor, and more particularly to one being able to prevent the photomask from friction with the protrusions therein in consequence of not creating any dust particle. The holder is made of material of PEEK or VESPEL, which is abrasion resisting and high hardness. On the side of the protrusion is shaped in inclination toward center with the top in long cambered surface as supporting ridge. And, at distal end of the supporting ridge, a pedestal is given to jointly integrate with the holder so that the photomask can be placed thereon. Thus, by means of the supporting ridge with the long cambered surface of the protrusion to uphold photo mask, the contacting area of friction is reduced. Moreover, the characteristics of the protrusion is abrasion resisting and high hardness prevent from friction with the Chromium (Cr) deposition on the bottom surface of the photomask therein in consequence of not creating any dust particle.
