摘要： A wafer container includes a container body, which comprises a plurality of sidewalls, a bottom, and a top to define a space for containing wafers, an opening being formed on one sidewall, and a door with an outer surface and an inner surface. The top of the container body is disposed with a robotic flange which comprises a foolproof structure and a hemi-circular snap-hook portion that are disposed at the center and its circumference of a lower surface of the robotic flange facing the top. The foolproof structure has a geometric hole for a protruding portion on the top of the container body to be plugged in. After the protruding portion is plugged into the geometric hole, the robotic flange is further rotated along the container body about 180 degrees for the hemi-circular snap-hook portion to be engaged in a hemi-circular supporting portion on the top of the container body.

摘要： A method of manufacturing aluminum frames for photomask protective films comprises the step of: providing a square-shaped hollow or solid strut aluminum material, fastening the bottom end of the aluminum material to a base of a machine tool, using a milling cutter to fabricate and form a hollow trough for a selected depth in the aluminum material from the top surface thereof, and using a cutting tool to cut off the aluminum material at the periphery of the hollow trough to form individual aluminum frames for the photomask protective films. The method of the invention uses fewer chucks and screw bolts during machining, and can reduce chuck setup time and simplify machining processes.

The positioning teeth surround and communicate with the engaging hole. The positioning teeth and the engaging hole cooperatively form a passageway through which the positioning posts pass. The enclosure is configured to be positioned at different angles relative to the fixing member due to friction between the positioning teeth of the positioning portion and the base as well as tight attachment of the hook to the positioning portion.

摘要： An electronic device includes an enclosure and a locking assembly. The enclosure defines an accommodating hole and includes a bottom wall defining a pair of receiving portions. Centers of the pair of receiving portions define an imaginary line. The accommodating hole is configured on a perpendicular bisector of the imaginary line. The locking assembly includes a guiding part, a pair of sliding portions, and a control portion. The guiding part and the bottom wall cooperatively define a receiving space receiving the sliding portions. Each of the sliding portions includes a securing portion, a blocking portion and a groove closing to the blocking portion. One end of the control portion passes through the accommodating hole, and the other end is received in the receiving space. The control portion defines a pair of guiding grooves symmetrical about and inclined to the perpendicular bisector and used to engage with the securing portions.
