The present invention addresses the problem of improving a nursing operation. The nurse operation assistance terminal is provided with: a presentation unit which presents, to a nurse at the site of treatment and in sequence, necessary items of treatment to be performed with respect to a patient; and an input unit into which a response speech the nurse has uttered in response to the presented necessary items is input, and which outputs a response speech signal indicating the response speech as an input value. A recording device is provided with: a nursing necessity degree table for recoding a nursing necessity degree; a speech identification means which identifies the input value of the response speech signal as an identification result comprising text data; and a recording unit which automatically records the identification result in a corresponding predetermined field in the nursing necessary degree table.

The present invention can predict the occurrence of target-patient problem behavior prior the occurrence of such problem behavior. A biological information processing system includes: a feature calculation unit that calculates, from input biological information of the target patient, detection-use feature time-series data which indicates a feature related to the target patient: and an agitation detection unit that processes the detection-use feature time-series data on the basis of a pre-acquired discrimination parameter, that calculates the current agitation score of the target patient, and that detects the current agitation state of the target patient prior to the target-patient problem behavior.

A network system includes a plurality of nodes (51) and a control device (50), and the plurality of nodes (51) include a packet transfer unit (1) that transfers a packet between a first route and a second route, and an electric buffer (2) that transfers the packet between the packet transfer unit (1) and the second route, and the control device (50) includes a traffic aggregation unit (5) that aggregates routes of traffic in accordance with the traffic flowing in the network, and a power control unit (3) that selects and controls any one of power of the electric buffer (2) and power of the whole node (51) in accordance with the aggregate traffic route. It is thereby possible to provide a network system capable of achieving lower energy consumption.
