Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, device and computer readable storage medium of communication. The method implemented at a first device comprises receiving, from a second device, a first configuration about a first measurement of first downlink reference signals of the second device and a second configuration about a second measurement of second downlink reference signals of a third device; determining, based on an active bandwidth part of the first device and the first and second configurations, first information for the first measurement and second information for the second measurement; determining a first result of the first measurement based on the first information and a second result of the second measurement based on the second information; and transmitting the first result and the second result to the second device. As such, a fair comparison between the first and second results can be made, and thus it is helpful for the second device to make a correct mobility decision.

Abstract: A method includes monitoring for a radio link failure associated with a secondary cell of a secondary base station. This may be a PScell. A user device may select a second secondary cell as a target secondary cell. The user device initiates a relocation procedure with the target secondary cell.

Abstract: Disclosed are devices, methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for measuring multiple secondary cells. An example apparatus for a terminal device may include at least one processor and at least one memory. The at least one memory may store instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, may cause the terminal device at least to: receive configurations for discontinuous transmission defining active periods and non-active periods of multiple secondary cells, respectively; determine overlapping status of the active periods of the multiple secondary cells; determine, based on the determined overlapping status of the active periods of the multiple secondary cells, a measurement delay for measuring the multiple secondary cells; and measure the multiple secondary cells within the measurement delay.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of user equipment (UE) architecture adaptation for intra-band scenarios. The method comprises determining, at a terminal device, an operating architecture type of the terminal device, wherein the terminal device is served by a first cell and at least one second cell in an intra-band operation; and applying at least one Radio Resource Management (RRM) requirement based on the determined operating architecture type of the terminal device.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to indication of cell status. A first device includes at least one processor; and at least one memory including computer program codes; wherein the at least one memory and the computer program codes are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the first device to: determine a cell status of a deactivated cell, the cell status being a known status or an unknown status; and indicate the cell status to a second device.

Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to relaxing measurements for failure detection in a cell. In example embodiments, a device performs measurements on one or more reference signals on one or more measurement occasions and determines one or more reference signal received power, RSRP, levels of a cell based on the measurements on the one or more reference signals. Further, the device determines one or more reference RSRP levels reflecting radio link quality or beam quality, one of the reference RSRP levels being associated with one of the determined one or more RSRP levels of the cell. The device evaluates a relaxation criterion based on the one or more reference RSRP levels and the one or more determined RSRP levels of the cell. Moreover, the device relaxes measurements for failure detection in the cell, if it is evaluated that the relaxation criterion has been fulfilled for a time period.
