    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may indicate a support for an end-to-end multi-block machine learning application, a first UE capability for a backbone block of the multi-block machine learning application that makes up one or more front-end layers (e.g., one or more backbone layers), a second UE capability for a task-specific block of the multi-block machine learning application that makes up the end layer (s) of the end-to-end model (e.g., one or more task-specific layers), or a combination thereof. In some examples, the UE may transmit separate indications for the first UE capability and for the second UE capability. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may transmit a general machine learning capability indication, where a base station then determines the first UE capability for the base stage and the second UE capability for the task-specific stage from the general machine learning capability.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support a scheduling request configuration. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication receiving a first transmission configuration indicator for one or more transmissions associated with a communication session. The first transmission configuration indicator indicates a first configuration for a first set of transmissions. The first configuration includes a first periodicity of a first available transmission time for the first set of transmissions. The first transmission configuration indicator further indicates a first repetition interval for the first available transmission time. The method also includes initiating at least one transmission of the first set of transmissions based on the first transmission configuration indicator.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a control message indicating a set of periodicities determined at the network entity and associated with at least a first duration of a set of first durations for the UE to perform signaling and measurement, the first duration aligned outside of a second duration of a set of second durations for the UE to receive data based on the set of periodicities. The UE may perform one or more operations during the first duration based on the first duration of the set of first durations being aligned outside the second duration of the set of second durations. The UE and the network entity may communicate based on the control message indicating the set of periodicities and the UE performing the one or more operations during the first duration.

    Abstract: Bandwidth part (BWP) configurations supporting various communication approaches (e.g., full duplex and/or half duplex operations) are described. Full duplex (FD) frequency-based BWP configurations may, for example, be configured as a subset of defined BWP resources for supporting full duplex operation by base stations and/or user equipments (UEs). Usable bandwidth of a FD frequency-based BWP configuration may be selected from half duplex frequency-based BWPs in legacy BWPs. Bandwidths of usable BWPs for a FD frequency-based BWP configuration may be selected so as to be non-overlapping in frequency. Transition between configurations and modes (e.g., between full duplex frequency-based BWP configurations, between half duplex and full duplex modes, etc.) may be managed to avoid periods in which a communication device cannot perform any uplink or downlink transmissions due to switching between defined BWP configurations, or otherwise reduces BWP switching time.     Abstract: In an aspect, a satellite-based non-terrestrial network configures multiple preconfigured uplink resources (PURs) for a user equipment (UE). The PURs may be configured one PUR per beam, one PUR per cell, or one PUR for multiple cells. A serving cell of the UE and one or more cells adjacent to the serving cell may each have an associated PUR. The UE selects one of the multiple PURs and sends a transmission using the selected PUR without the UE have a connection to the network. The network sends an ACK in response to the transmission. Either the UE or the network can specify that the UE is to transmit using a first PUR and receive the ACK on a second PUR. The UE can specify when and which PUR to use in the transmission and the network can specify when and which PUR to use in the ACK.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a configuration message that indicates a radio resource allocation and a transmission scheme for one or more first configured grant-small data transfer (CG-SDT) occasions and one or more second CG-SDT occasions. The one or more second CG-SDT occasions are at least partially nested, in time, frequency, or a combination thereof, within the one or more first CG-SDT occasions. The UE may therefore transmit, to the base station, an uplink communication within the one or more first CG-SDT occasions or the one or more second CG-SDT occasions, using the radio resource allocation and the transmission scheme.
