To manufacture an integrated circuit (IC) device, a lower structure having a step structure defining a trench is prepared. A material film is formed inside the trench. To form a material film, a first precursor including a first central element and a first ligand having a first size is supplied onto a lower structure to form a first chemisorbed layer of the first precursor on the lower structure. A second precursor including a second central element and a second ligand having a second size less than the first size is supplied onto a resultant structure including the first chemisorbed layer to form a second chemisorbed layer of the second precursor on the lower structure. A reactive gas is supplied to the first chemisorbed layer and the second chemisorbed layer.

The present invention relates to a motion input device for portable terminal and an operation method using the same. A motion input device of a portable terminal of the present invention includes a sensor unit configured to collect a sensor signal from at least one sensor; an operation recognition unit configured to generate a motion signal corresponding to an operation of portable terminal based on the sensor signal; a scenario preparation unit configured to generate an input scenario based on at least one motion signal; and a scenario mapping unit configured to detect, in a scenario database, a standards scenario corresponding to the input scenario, and to generate an input signal corresponding to the standards scenario.

The communication protocol information display method of a mobile device includes discovering devices connectable through diverse communication protocols, displaying information on the discovered devices, displaying symbols of communication protocols supported by the discovered devices respectively, and displaying image objects associated with applications or functions for use in interoperation with the discovered devices.

A method for dividing and displaying a content unit includes: extracting a sub-content unit which is generated by dividing an original content unit by a preset time interval; displaying the entire sub-content unit when receiving a sub-content unit display command; receiving a jump command that selects a replay time point for an arbitrary sub-content unit among the above sub-content units; and replaying and displaying the original content unit from the replay time point.

A voice talk function-enabled terminal and voice talk control method for outputting distinct content based on the current emotional state, age, and gender of the user are provided. The mobile terminal supporting a voice talk function includes a display unit, an audio processing unit, which selects content corresponding to a first criterion associated with a user in response to a user input, determines a content output scheme based on a second criterion associated with the user, and outputs the selected content through the display unit and audio processing unit according to the content output scheme.
