摘要： Systems and methods for analyzing ultra-low level concentration nanoparticles in semiconductor cleaning chemicals by single particle inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (spICP-MS) are described. In aspects, the methods described herein include determination factors that are specific to each of the chemical matrix and the type of analyte associated with the nanoparticles present in a fluid sample for both a particle baseline intensity value and a nanoparticle detection threshold.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for processing an image in a portable terminal equipped with a dual camera are provided. The method includes selecting an image synthesis mode, performing a simultaneous or a sequential photographing of a front camera and a rear camera, obtaining a first image and a second image through the front camera and the rear camera, detecting an object image from one of the first image and the second image, and generating a synthesized image by synthesizing the object image to the other of the first image and the second image in which the object image was not detected.

摘要： A method for recognizing a fingerprint in a portable terminal includes, if a touch input is sensed via a fingerprint scanning sensor, determining whether a touch input event is detected on an object displayed on a screen, deactivating a function corresponding to the detected touch input event on the object if the touch input event is sensed, and performing a function corresponding to the sensed touch input via the fingerprint scanning sensor. A portable terminal includes a display unit configured to display at least one object on a screen, a fingerprint scanning sensor configured to sense a touch input, and a processor configured to deactivate a function corresponding to the detected touch input event on the at least one object if the touch input is sensed, and to perform a function corresponding to the sensed touch event via the finger scanning sensor.

A security level of the function to be performed is acquired, if the function requires the fingerprint verification. A fingerprint input of a user is received. A count of a number of matching points that exist between the fingerprint input and a prestored fingerprint is determined. The count of the number of matching points is compared with a minimum number of matching points corresponding to the security level of the function.
