Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of extracting and using a semantic entity from a text message by an electronic device. The method includes: recognizing a text-based input; extracting a semantic entity from the text-based input; and providing the extracted semantic entity through an application in response to the application having a semantic setting that corresponds to the extracted semantic entity.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or a 6th generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method and performed by a user equipment (UE) in a communication system is provided. The method includes receiving, via higher layer signaling, a first configuration of measurement gap and a second configuration associated with whether signal transmission that is available to be received by the UE using a wake-up receiver (WUR) of the UE is supported by a plurality of cells, identifying the measurement gap based on the first configuration, identifying at least one cell supporting the signal transmission among the plurality of cells based on the second configuration, and performing, by using the WUR during the measurement gap, a measurement for the at least one cell.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a fifth generation (5G) or sixth generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. The disclosure provides a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a communication system, comprising identifying a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by first downlink control information (DCI) associated with a first control resource set (CORESET); identifying a second PDSCH scheduled by second DCI associated with a second CORESET; identifying a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); identifying that the first PDSCH, the second PDSCH and the PUSCH are overlapped in time, wherein a first symbol of the PUSCH is between a first symbol of the first PDSCH and a first symbol of the second PDSCH; and receiving the first PDSCH or the second PDSCH, or transmitting the PUSCH.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a 5th generation (5G) or 6th generation (6G) communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a communication system is provided. The method includes receiving uplink wake up signal (UL WUS) configuration information including information on a first plurality of cells, performing UL WUS transmission based on the UL WUS configuration information, identifying a cell for data communication included in the first plurality of cells based on a reference signal received from the cell after performing the UL WUS transmission, and performing the data communication on the cell.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes receiving, by a Wake Up Receiver (WUR) of the UE, information on wake-up from a Base Station (BS), triggering activation or inactivation of a main radio of the UE, based on the information on wake-up, and receiving, by the main radio of the UE, a downlink signal from the BS, when the activation of the main radio of the UE is triggered.
Abstract:
A method, performed by a BS, in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes transmitting, to a UE, information of an energy saving mode, identifying an operation start point of the energy saving mode, and converting to the energy saving mode, based on the operation start point of the energy saving mode.
Abstract:
Embodiments may relate to processing an access request to a memory. The access request to the memory may be based on a first virtual memory address. If a first physical memory address corresponding to the first virtual memory address is determined to be not acquired (e.g., based on a page table), it may be determined whether the first virtual memory address is a valid address. If the first virtual memory address is a valid address, a target virtual memory space or a target physical memory space for the access request may be allocated based on a free memory pool for the target kernel. The free memory pool may include currently allocated virtual and/or physical memory. The access request may be processed based on the allocated target virtual memory space or target physical memory space.
Abstract:
An electronic apparatus and a control method thereof are provided. The control method of the electronic apparatus includes receiving, from a first external electronic apparatus and a second external electronic apparatus, a first artificial intelligence model and a second artificial intelligence model used by the first and second external electronic apparatuses, respectively, and a plurality of learning data stored in the first and second external electronic apparatuses, identifying first learning data, which corresponds to second learning data received from the second external electronic apparatus, among learning data received from the first external electronic apparatus, training the second artificial intelligence model used by the second external electronic apparatus based on the first learning data, and transmitting the trained second artificial intelligence model to the second external electronic apparatus.
Abstract:
Provided are pixel circuits using organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) and a driving method thereof, and an organic light emitting display including the pixel circuits. The OLED is driven to emit light by a drive transistor generating a drive current compensated with respect to a threshold voltage difference and mobility deviation. The drive transistor may receive reference voltage and data signals in response to separate scan signals supplied to the pixel circuits via different scan lines. As a result, a threshold voltage compensation time, which may include the time during which a reference voltage is supplied to the drive transistor in response to a particular scan signal, may be set long enough regardless of a time during which the data signal is supplied to the pixel circuits located in respective rows of the organic light emitting display in response to a separate scan signal.
