Abstract: A test device and a test method of fractured rock mass collapse and blockfall and fracture water inrush includes a fractured rock mass preparation device, a water source loading device, a surrounding rock pressurization device and a slide rail, wherein the fractured rock mass preparation device is fixed at one end of the slide rail, and the water source loading device is fixed on the other side of the slide rail. An opening is formed in the rock mass water storage structure, and the size of the opening is adapted to the size of the fractured rock mass; the surrounding rock pressurization device includes one bracket and a pressurization structure arranged below the bracket, and a space for accommodating the fractured rock mass is reserved below the pressurization structure; and the bottom support and the bracket are both movably installed on the slide rail.

Abstract: A high-strength confined concrete support system for an underground tunnel. The support system includes multiple confined concrete arches, bolts and cables, and a prestressed steel strand backfilling system. The confined concrete arches all support the surrounding rock of the tunnel and are sequentially arranged along the tunnel. Every two adjacent confined concrete arches are connected by a longitudinal connection structure. The support system is provided with a plurality of layers of steel bar meshes on the surrounding rock side and the tunnel side, and shotcrete layers are sprayed on the support system and the steel bar meshes. The prestressed steel strand backfilling system comprises a prestressed steel strand system and a filling material. The filling material fills the space between each confined concrete arch and the surrounding rock to equalize a load on the confined concrete arch and generate prestress.

Abstract: A method and system for real-time prediction of jamming in TBM tunneling. The method includes: (1) obtaining actually measured TSP physical property parameters by applying a TSP method; (2) analyzing value ranges and change trends of the TSP physical property parameters obtained in real time; (3) establishing a TSP physical property parameter sample database of a TBM tunnel; (4) establishing a mapping relationship between TSP physical property parameters and occurrence or not of jamming; (5) establishing a mapping relationship between time sequence values of tunneling parameters and occurrence or not of jamming; and (6) forecasting a TBM jamming risk in real time, and storing reliable data into the TSP physical property parameter sample database. The method and system can effectively obtain a state of surrounding rocks in time, thereby providing real-time forecasting of TBM tunneling jamming, avoiding occurrence of accidents to some extent, and improving the TBM tunneling efficiency.

Abstract: A novel tracing apparatus includes an electromagnetic transmitting system, a multi-frequency transmitting antenna, electrodes, and a receiver. The electromagnetic transmitting system is at an upstream point and includes a generator and a transmitter having a capacitor; the transmitting antenna penetrates into a detected aquifer through karst collapse or a drill hole; the electrodes and the receiver are at a downstream point, and include two pairs of electrodes orthogonally distributed and located in a cofferdam formed by downstream water; and the receivers collect electric signals in the electrodes. The apparatus is based on good electrical conductivity of water, and can use electromagnetic signals as a tracer for rapid observation. Compared with traditional tracers, electromagnetic signals propagate fast in water, are stable in property, and free of pollution. This apparatus can be applied to groundwater tracing detection, and problems with the traditional tracers having poor timeliness and being environmentally unfriendly are resolved.

Abstract: A multi-wavefield seismic detection method and system based on construction noise of a shield machine. Multi-wavefield seismic information such as a body wave and a surface wave formed during propagation of a seismic wave generated by excitation in a stratum is obtained by using noise information caused by the construction of a shield machine as a seismic source, a stratum velocity model along a tunnel is constructed through joint inversion, and reflection wave information or the like is used for migration imaging, to eventually implement relatively accurate detection of a geological condition in front of a tunnel face of shield construction.

Abstract: A red mud utilization method based on co-processing of industrial exhaust gas, sewage treatment and an environment-friendly and high-performance civil functional material, belongs to the technical field of environmental science and cementitious material preparation, and relates to a preparation process of a solid waste-based cementitious material, specifically including the steps: preparing an environment-friendly and high-performance red mud-based civil functional material by using slag obtained after sewage treatment with red mud and other solid wastes in physical and chemical activation and high-temperature calcination methods. The compressive strength of a solid waste-based cementitious material prepared by using the method can reach 29 MPa, the leaching quantity (lower than 3.0 ppm) of toxic elements such as heavy metals is far lower than the national standard requirement, and a solid waste-based cementitious material with great performance can be prepared.

Abstract: A system and method for rock mass structure detection and dangerous rock detection including a rock mass structure automated detection device and a server. The rock mass structure automated detection device includes a three-dimensional laser scanning device and a two-dimensional image acquisition device for respectively acquiring three-dimensional laser point cloud data and a two-dimensional image of a tunnel construction region. The server communicates with the rock mass structure automated detection device and includes a block structure three-dimensional modeling module and a block structure geometric stability analysis module. By considering the influence of the same group of structural faces in a rock mass, the effect of a newly-generated structural face subjected to blasting disturbance, and the finite dimension of a structural face, blocks in shapes of polygonal pyramid and polygonal frustum can be constructed to comply with engineering practices, and the geometric stability of any polygonal pyramid can be rapidly analyzed.
