Abstract: A device for evaluating aspects of health of a residential property configured to: (i) receive a first element of internal home health data captured by one or more smart devices installed within a residential property, the first element of internal home health data reflecting an aspect of operational quality of one or more assets of the residential property; (ii) determine a safety score based upon the first element of internal home health data; (iii) receive a second element of internal home health data captured by the one or more smart devices; (iv) determine a home health score based upon the first or second elements of internal home health data, the home health score representing a measure of health of the residential property; and (v) cause to be displayed, to a homeowner via a graphical user interface, a home health evaluation that includes the safety score and the home health score.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for evaluating and gamifying maintenance for a property by a user. The method may include: (1) retrieving first home data for a first property and second home data for a second property, wherein a user is associated with the first property; (2) calculating, using a trained machine learning evaluation model, one or more second home score factors based upon the second home data; (3) detecting that the user is to be associated with the second property; (4) detecting, based upon the first home data and the second home data, one or more local environmental differences between the first property and the second property; and (5) generating a learning module for the user for improving or maintaining the one or more second home score factors based upon the one or more local environmental differences.

Abstract: A computer system for analyzing and mitigating risks associated with a building is provided. The computer system is configured to: (i) receive environment data from the at least one sensor; (ii) receive building data from the at least one database; (iii) utilize a trained machine learning model to determine at least one potential risk associated with the building based upon the environment data and the building data; (iv) generate a building risk profile that includes the at least one potential risk associated with the building; and/or (v) generate a risk mitigation output based upon at least one of the building risk profile and the at least one potential risk, wherein the risk mitigation output includes at least one of a risk alert, a risk mitigation recommendation, and risk mitigation instructions. Computer systems for analyzing and mitigation risks associated with a city, a user, and an event are also provided.
