摘要: A device for evaluating aspects of health of a residential property configured to: (i) receive a first element of internal home health data captured by one or more smart devices installed within a residential property, the first element of internal home health data reflecting an aspect of operational quality of one or more assets of the residential property; (ii) determine a safety score based upon the first element of internal home health data; (iii) receive a second element of internal home health data captured by the one or more smart devices; (iv) determine a home health score based upon the first or second elements of internal home health data, the home health score representing a measure of health of the residential property; and (v) cause to be displayed, to a homeowner via a graphical user interface, a home health evaluation that includes the safety score and the home health score.

摘要: The disclosure provides a voltage detecting circuit that detects voltage increases and voltage decreases using a diode drop and voltage thresholds. The voltage detecting circuit, referred to as a voltage variation detector, uses the diode to maintain a differential between the voltage being monitored and a voltage threshold. When the diode is reversed bias, the voltage variation detector generates a detecting signal indicating the monitored voltage crossed the voltage threshold. In one example a voltage variation detector is disclosed that includes: (1) a transistor stack that corresponds to a voltage threshold, (2) a transistor diode, and (3) an inverter that receives an input signal and provides an detection signal that controls one or more gates of the transistor stack, wherein the transistor stack and the transistor diode provide the input signal and the detection signal indicates when the voltage crosses the voltage threshold.

摘要: A display system includes an instrument panel and an ECU for controlling the instrument panel so that the instrument panel displays an indication related to a battery. The ECU controls the instrument panel so that the instrument panel continuously displays a second indication. The ECU also controls instrument panel so that instrument panel does not display a first indication when a predetermined condition does not hold true, and displays the first indication when the predetermined condition holds true, the predetermined condition being a condition that a display-related user operation has been performed. The first indication can be prevented from being mistaken as the second indication, without requiring a display-related user operation.

摘要: An environmental power generation device outputs power generation charges to a power supply line to which a capacitor is connected. When a power generation voltage corresponding to a charging voltage for the capacitor is equal to or higher than an power-on criterion voltage, a voltage comparison circuit outputs a voltage detection signal. An internal circuit of a semiconductor device is powered on in response to the voltage detection signal. A setting change circuit switches the power-on criterion voltage in accordance with a setting input.

摘要: In one or more embodiments, one or more systems, one or more methods, and/or one or more processes may: send, by a battery management unit (BMU) of a battery of an information handling system (IHS), a request for a first amount of current to an embedded controller (EC) of the IHS; provide, by the EC, the request for the first amount of current to a charger of the IHS; receive, by the charger, the request; provide, by the charger, a second amount of current based at least on the request and based at least on a voltage measurement across a resistor of the charger; determine, by the BMU, a measurement of the second amount of current; provide, by the BMU, the measurement to the EC; determine, by the EC, that the measurement does not match the first amount of current; and provide, by the EC, an alert.

摘要: A method and a device for testing a battery state determines if a battery is faulty. A first impedance test is conducted to determine the internal resistance of the battery, wherein the battery is energized with an electrical current flow with a certain frequency and a resulting voltage response of the battery is measured. A load high-current test of the battery with a test pulse HRD test is conducted next. Then, a second impedance test is conducted. The measurement results of the tests are recorded and stored, and then evaluated by arranging such results offset in relation to one another, in such a way that the battery state can be derived therefrom, in particular whether the battery is faulty.

摘要: A system for determining a voltage out-of-range high condition of a battery module is provided. A microcontroller determines first, second, and third voltage values from first, second, and third voltage sensors, respectively, coupled to first, second, and third battery cells, respectively; and determines a battery module voltage value based on a fourth signal. The microcontroller sums the first, second, and third voltage values to obtain a battery module high voltage sum value. The microcontroller generates a first control signal to induce a contactor to transition to an open operational position to electrically decouple the battery module from an electrical load, if a difference between the battery module high voltage sum value and the battery module voltage value is greater than or equal to a battery module voltage out-of-range high error value.
