    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel and an input sensing panel. The input sensing panel may include a base layer, a plurality of sensing electrodes, sensing lines, and sensing pads. Each of the sensing lines may include a transparent conductive line on the base layer, a metal line directly on the transparent conductive line, and an insulation layer covering the metal line. Openings may be defined in at least one of the metal line and the transparent conductive line.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a pixel having a first area emitting light and a second area transmitting light. A pixel circuit unit is in the first area and includes a thin film transistor. An inorganic insulation layer is in the second area. A first insulation layer covers the pixel circuit unit in the first area, and has an opening exposing the inorganic insulation layer in the second area. A first electrode is on the first insulation layer in the first area. The first electrode is electrically connected to the pixel circuit unit. A second insulation layer covers edges of the first electrode and is outside the opening formed in the first insulation layer. A second electrode is in the first area. An intermediate layer, including an emissive layer, is between the first electrode and the second electrode.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a pixel including a first area and a second area. Light is emitted from the first area and ambient light is transmitted through the second area. A pixel circuit unit is disposed in the first area, the pixel circuit unit including at least one thin-film transistor (TFT). A first insulating layer covers the pixel circuit unit. A first electrode is disposed on the first insulating layer, and is electrically connected to the pixel circuit unit. A second insulating layer covers an edge of the first electrode. A second electrode is aligned with the first electrode and is disposed in at least the first area. An intermediate layer is disposed between the first and second electrodes and includes an emission layer. An inorganic insulating film is disposed in the second area of the pixel.
