A display device for providing a virtual reality service is provided. The display device includes: a display configured to display a stereoscopic image; a user interface configured to receive a user command for enlarging or shrinking the stereoscopic image; and a processor configured to adjust a three-dimensional effect for the stereoscopic image to correspond to the user command when the user command is input, and control the display to display an enlarged image or a shrunk image in which the three-dimensional effect is adjusted.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for generating an image for generation of a 3D panorama image. A method for generating a 3D panorama image in an image generating apparatus comprises the steps of: receiving an input of a plurality of 2D images and a plurality of depth maps corresponding to the plurality of 2D images; setting a left-eye image area and a right-eye image area for each of the plurality of 2D images on the basis of the plurality of depth maps; and synthesizing images of each of the left-eye image areas that are set in the plurality of 2D images to thereby generate a left-eye panorama image and synthesizing images of each of the right-eye image areas that are set in the plurality of 2D images to thereby generate a right-eye panorama image. Accordingly, the image generating apparatus can generate a 3D panorama image without distortion on the basis of a plurality of 2D images.

The display apparatus includes a photographing unit configured to photograph the shape of a face; a detector is configured to detect a direction and angle of the face shape; a transformer is configured to mix the photographed face shape and a 3D face model and to transform the mixed face shape by using the detected direction and angle of the face shape; and an output interface is configured to output the transformed face shape.

Provided are a display apparatus, a control method thereof, a server, and a control method thereof. The display apparatus includes: a processor which processes a signal; a display which displays an image based on the processed signal; a command receiver which receives a voice command; a communicator which communicates with a first server; a storage; and a controller which receives, from the first server, a voice recognition command list comprising a voice recognition command and control command information corresponding to the voice recognition command, and stores the received voice recognition command list in the storage, the voice recognition command being among user's voice commands which have successfully been recognized a predetermined number of times or more, determines whether the voice command corresponds to the voice recognition command included in the voice recognition command list, and if so, controls the processor to operate based on the control command information, and if not, transmits the voice command to the first server, receives corresponding control command information from the first server, and controls the processor to operate based on the received control command information.
