摘要: The power source apparatus is provided with batteries 1 that supply power to a load; a current regulating circuit 2 that controls battery 1 current; a fuse 6 connected in series with the batteries 1; a first computation circuit 3 that computes a first allowable current that can flow through the batteries 1 based on at least one parameter including battery 1 specified current, temperature, voltage, and remaining capacity; and a second computation circuit 4 that computes a second allowable current that can flow through the fuse 6 without blowing the fuse 6 based on the time integral of current flow through the fuse 6. The current regulating circuit 2 controls the battery 1 current to a value lower than the first allowable current computed by the first computation circuit 3 and the second allowable current computed by the second computation circuit 4.

摘要: A peripheral surface of a coating rod has an area where grooves (convex portions) are formed. This area is ground by a grinding apparatus by which a maximum height Ry of the rod surface is adjusted to 15 μm or less. Further, a ratio of D/W is adjusted to 0.01 or more, wherein D is a total distance of the convex portions of the rod actually abutting on a web in an axial direction of the rod, and W is a coating width of the web. Furthermore, straightness of the rod is adjusted to 30 μm or less per 1 m, and roundness of the rod is adjusted to 10 μm or less. Micro-projections are removed by grinding so that scratches of a coating surface are prevented from occurring. Coating unevenness is prevented by improving the straightness and the roundness.

摘要: An optical glass wherein an amount of change in refractive index (Δn: difference in refractive index between a state before radiation and a state after radiation) caused by radiation of laser beam at wavelength of 351 nm having average output power of 0.43 W, pulse repetition rate of 5 kHz and pulse width of 400 ns for one hour is 5 ppm or below is provided. The optical glass comprises a fluorine ingredient and/or a titanium oxide ingredient and/or an arsenic oxide ingredient. The optical glass suffers little change in refractive index by radiation of strong light having wavelengths of 300 nm to 400 nm such as ultraviolet laser.

摘要: An immobilizer ECU (20) compares an internally stored reference code with a key code transmitted from a key (10). An engine ECU (24) transmits a rolling code A when an engine speed reaches 500 rpm. The immobilizer ECU (20) transmits a rolling code B when the codes coincide with each other. The engine ECU (24) will stop an engine if it cannot receive the rolling code B within a prescribed period of time. Further, there is provided a counter CIMMOF which is incremented at the beginning of such a process. The counter CIMMOF is reset only when the process is normally completed. If an ignition is turned off prior to transmission and reception of the rolling codes, the counter CIMMOF will be counted up. According to a value of the counter CIMMOF, a period of waiting for the rolling code B is gradually shortened. Further, when the process is completed or a backup power supply to a backup memory (24d) is cut off, a time to transmit and receive the rolling codes is advanced. Thus, the situation where the engine will be able to start due to disconnection of a communication line or the like is prevented.

摘要: A slide bead coating method and apparatus which is able to form a stable bead over the width of coating solutions and regularly coat the coating solutions on a web to an edge region and which is able to change the width of the coating solutions without stopping the coating operation even if the width of the web changes.A discharged liquid from a nozzle is applied on both side edges of the coating solutions flowing down a slide surface. Thereby, the stable bead can be formed at the side edges of the coating solutions, so that the coating solutions can be coated on the web to the edge region. Edge bead is formed at both side edges of the coating solutions through the nozzle, so that the width of the coating solutions can be adjusted.
