摘要: In a method of producing a photosensitive planographic printing plate according to the present invention, a web is coated with a coating solution, and a coating solution film thus formed is rapidly dried. For this drying, fresh air is blown onto the web W heated with a heat roll such that the air is blown parallel to the coating solution film. The coating solution film can thereby be prevented from changing its thickness due to an air stream during drying, while the coating solution film can be rapidly dried. Accordingly, the coating solution film can be dried before the film is leveled, to form a coating layer having uniform thickness.

摘要: A heating method for a band-shaped body transported in a constant conveying direction in a heating zone so as to heat it, comprises: detecting whether or not a portion of the band-shaped body is passing through the heating zone, at which portion at least one of width and thickness of the band-shaped body changes; before detecting the portion pass into the heating zone, setting a first supplied heat quantity based on dimensions of the first band-shaped body on a downstream side of the portion in the conveying direction, and supplying heat with the first supplied quantity to the band-shaped body in the heating zone; and after detecting that the portion has passed into the heating zone, setting a second supplied heat quantity based on dimensions of the second band-shaped body on an upstream side of the portion relative to the conveying direction, and supplying heat with the second supplied quantity to the band-shaped body in the heating zone, so as to adjust a temperature history of the band-shaped body so that the temperature history is approximately uniform on both upstream and downstream sides of the portion.

摘要: A slide bead coating method and apparatus which is able to form a stable bead over the width of coating solutions and regularly coat the coating solutions on a web to an edge region and which is able to change the width of the coating solutions without stopping the coating operation even if the width of the web changes. A discharged liquid from a nozzle is applied on both side edges of the coating solutions flowing down a slide surface. Thereby, the stable bead can be formed at the side edges of the coating solutions, so that the coating solutions can be coated on the web to the edge region. Edge bead is formed at both side edges of the coating solutions through the nozzle, so that the width of the coating solutions can be adjusted.

摘要: This present invention discloses a packaging arrangement including: a sheet bundle stacked body formed by stacking, in the thickness direction, one or multiple sheet bundle(s) in which sheet-like materials are stacked in the thickness direction and bound with a sheet binding part; a mounting base on which the sheet bundle stacked body is to be mounted; an end plate located on an opposite side to the mounting base across the sheet bundle stacked body; and a restricting part for restricting the sheet bundle stacked body such that the sheet bundle stacked body is sandwiched by the mounting base and the end plate. This packaging arrangement can prevent any qualitative fault due to an impact during transportation, handling or loading to a setter of an automatic platemaker.

摘要: Coating liquids are supplied to a coating hopper, and are extruded onto a slide surface of the coating hopper through slits. A pair of guide members are provided at both sides of the slide surface. Side faces of the guide members are positioned at both ends of a desired width of the coating liquids flowing of the slide surface to be applied on a traveling web. Consequently, the coating liquids that flow over the whole width of the slits are divided into the inside and the outside of the desired width by the guide members, and the divided coating liquids are extruded onto the slide surface. The coating liquids within the desired width flow down between the guide members and coat the web, whereas the coating liquids outside the desired width are collected through channels, which are formed in the guide members.
