    Abstract: A TFT, an array substrate, and a display panel are disclosed. The TFTs includes a gate, a first insulation layer arranged above the (late, a second insulation layer arranged above the first insulation layer, a semiconductor layer, a source, and a drain arranged between the first insulation layer and the second insulation layer, and a conductive layer arranged above the second insulation layer. The conductive layer and the gate are electrically coupled to each other such that when the TFT is in a turn-on state. A turn-on current generated in conductive channels of the semiconductor layer is increased. When the TFT is in a turn-off state, a turn-off current generated in the conductive channels is decreased. In this way, the ratio of the turn-on current to the turn-off current is increased.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal display panel comprises at least one first spacer provided between first and second substrates. The bottom of the first spacer is connected with the first substrate, and the top thereof extends to the second substrate and is away from the second substrate. Wherein, the second substrate is provided with a blocking structure corresponding to the first spacer, which is used to cooperate with the corresponding first spacer to prevent the first substrate sliding opposite to the second substrate. An insulating layer and a polycrystalline silicon layer are disposed in sequence on the substrate and the gate. The insulating layer has an upper surface that is a plane. A source and a drain are disposed on the polycrystalline silicon layer and a pixel electrode is disposed on the insulating layer and a part of the drain. A plain passivation layer is disposed on the source and drain and includes a contact via formed therein at a location outside the polycrystalline silicon layer to expose a surface of one of the gate, the source, and the drain. A transparent electrode layer is disposed on the plain passivation layer to be electrically connected to the surface of the one of the gate, the source, and the drain that is exposed through the contact via.

    Abstract: The invention provides a display panel and a gate driving circuit thereof including multiple stages of gate driving units. Each gate driving unit includes: a first pulling control circuit for outputting a first pulling control signal at a first node; a first pulling circuit for generating a gate driving signal according to the first pulling control signal and a first clock signal; a second pulling control circuit for outputting a second pulling control signal; and a second pulling circuit for pulling levels at the first node and an output terminal of the gate driving signal according to the second pulling control signal. A frequency of the second pulling control signal is lower than a frequency of the first clock signal but higher than a refresh rate of the display panel. The invention can prevent thin film transistor characteristic drift and thereby improve reliability of the gate driving unit.

    Abstract: Provided is an LTPS array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel, wherein the LTPS array substrate comprises: a first common electrode layer; a passivation layer, which is formed on the first common electrode layer, and has a first via hole formed therein; a pixel electrode layer, which is formed on the passivation layer; and a second common electrode layer, which is formed on the passivation layer, located between pixel electrodes corresponding to two adjacent sub-pixels in the pixel electrode layer, electrically isolated from the pixel electrode layer, and electrically connected to the first common electrode layer through the first via hole. The array substrate is capable of significantly enhancing the intensity of an electric field at an edge region of the adjacent sub-pixels, thereby increasing the transmittance at this region.
