Abstract: An LCD device is provided. The liquid crystal panel thereof includes first and second substrates (opposite each other). The first substrate sequentially includes a first underlay-substrate, a quantum-dot color filter, and an encapsulation layer. The quantum-dot color filter includes a pixel separation layer and several color resist units which are separated by the pixel separation layer, and include first, second and third color resist units, where at least one is a quantum-dot color resist unit. There is a transparent stacked layer between the quantum-dot color resist unit and the encapsulation layer in the quantum-dot color filter, thus the quantum-dot color resist unit has a higher standing point than the pixel separation layer on the encapsulation layer. The phenomenon of the brightening and color deviation of the black screen of the liquid crystal display device at the time of a large viewing-angle displaying can be prevented to enhance display effect.

Abstract: The invention provides a manufacturing method for flexible array substrate. The method comprises: adhering the flexible substrate to the rigid support plate to manufacture the back side driver circuit and the protective layer on the back side driver circuit; peeling the flexible substrate off, turning the flexible substrate over and then adhering again to the rigid supporting plate to manufacture the protecting layer and the adhesive layer; forming holes, front side driver circuit and display circuit on the flexible substrate, the back side driver circuit electrically connected to the display circuit and the back side driver circuit electrically connected to the display circuit through the holes to obtain a flexible array substrate with double-sided circuit structure. By distributing the circuit structure of the non-active area to both sides of flexible substrate, the width of the non-active area is reduced to realize an ultra-narrow border or borderless display.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an organic functional layer in a display panel by adhering an organic material pattern corresponding to the transfer protrusions from an organic material layer by using the transfer protrusion on a transfer head, then, the organic material pattern which is adhered by the transfer head is disposed on a receiving substrate, so as to form a patterned organic functional layer on the receiving substrate. Abstract: A blue light absorption cut-off film and a blue light display device are provided. The blue light absorption cut-off film of the present disclosure is formed by a photoresist material including a resin, a yellow pigment, a dispersing agent, and a photoinitiator, and thus redundant blue lights in the blue light display device can be effectively absorbed to avoid the overall display effect thereof of tending to be blue. Abstract: The present invention provides a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel of the present invention includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate opposite to each other, a wire-grid polarizer, and a black matrix. The wire-grid polarizer includes multiple wire-grid units that are arranged and jointed in a rectangular array and orthogonal projections of gaps between the wire-grid units are cast on and within the black matrix so that the black matrix may shield and cover the gaps between the wire-grid units of the wire-grid polarizer to thereby reduce, to a great extent, influences on a large-sized display panel resulting from poor jointing and gaps present in a jointed structure of a polarizer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a color micro LED array substrate, in which a plurality of monochromic micro LED arrays of different colors are formed on a receiving substrate to form a color micro LED array, wherein making of the monochromic micro LED array of each of the colors is conducted in combination with a bonding technique and a laser lift-off technique and metal electrodes are selectively formed on the micro LEDs in a specific zone of the supply substrate so that the micro LEDs in the specific zone can be selectively bonded to the receiving substrate and laser irradiation is selectively made on the micro LEDs in the specific zone to allow the micro LEDs of the specific zone, after the bonding and laser annealing, to separate from the supply substrate to thereby form the monochromic micro LED array on the receiving substrate to realize fabrication of monochromic micro LED arrays of different colors on the receiving substrate, and the method of fabrication is easy to carry out.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a micro light-emitting diode display panel. The array substrate is arranged with a plurality of pixels in an array. Each of the pixels at least includes a subpixel of three colors. Each of the subpixels is disposed with at least one μLED chip corresponding to color of the subpixel. Bin levels of the μLED chips of the subpixels with the same color in two adjacent pixels are different and a difference of peak wavelengths >2 nm. The disclosure further provides a manufacturing method, the μLED chips with the corresponding color in the subpixel of the array substrate are transfer printed from the transfer printing plate to corresponding subpixels. The color and the bin level of the μLED chips in each transfer printing are identical. Bin levels of the μLED chips in the sub-pixels with the same color in two adjacent pixels are different.
