In the transdermal patch, the rivastigmine-containing layer contains rivastigmine and an alkyl (meth)acrylate resin, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is composed of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a (meth)acrylic acid ester having a hydroxy group, and neither the rivastigmine-containing layer nor the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains an anti-oxidizing agent.
