    摘要: A solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization in which the molar ratio of residual alkoxy groups to supported titanium is 0.60 or less is obtained by reacting the following compound (a1) with the following compound (b1) at a hydroxyl group/magnesium molar ratio of 1.0 or more, reacting the reaction mixture with the following compound (c1) at a halogen/magnesium molar ratio of 0.20 or more, reacting the resultant reaction mixture with the following compounds (d1) and (e) at a temperature of 120° C. or higher but 150° C. or lower, washing the reaction mixture with an inert solvent, reacting the reaction mixture with the following compound (e) again at the above temperature and washing the reaction mixture with an inert solvent, whereby there can be provided the solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization and a catalyst for olefin polymerization which have high polymerization activity and give an olefin polymer having a less residual Cl content and being excellent in stereoregularity and powder form and a process for producing an olefin polymer, (a1) an oxide of at least one element that is selected from Group II to Group IV elements and which supports an alcohol-free halogen-containing magnesium compound, (b1) an alcohol, (c1) a halogen-containing silicon compound, (d1) an electron-donating compound, and (e) a halogen-containing titanium compound.

    摘要: A solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprising titanium, magnesium and a compound of the general formula (I) wherein R1 and R2 are independently a C3 straight or branched hydrocarbon group, R3 is hydrogen or a C1-4 straight hydrocarbon group, R4 is a C1-4 straight or branched hydrocarbon group or a C3-4 aliphatic cyclic hydrocarbon group when R3 is hydrogen, R4 is the same C1-4 straight hydrocarbon group as R3 when R3 is a C1-4 straight hydrocarbon group, and n is an integer of 1 to 10. A catalyst for olefin polymerization, containing this catalyst component, obtains a high activity with high stereospecificity.

    摘要: Provided are a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization and a catalyst comprising the component for olefin polymerization, in which the electron donor is free from the problem of lacking in safety and sanitation, and is inexpensive and easy to produce, and which exhibit high activity in producing olefin polymers with high stereospecificity, and also a method for producing olefin polymers in the presence of the catalyst. The solid catalyst component comprises titanium, magnesium and an electron donor compound of formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 each represent a linear or branched hydrocarbon residue having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms; R3 represents an alicyclic hydrocarbon residue having from 3 to 20 carbon atoms; and n represents an integer of from 1 to 10. The solid catalyst component is combined with an organic aluminium compound to prepare a catalyst, which is used in producing olefin polymers.

    摘要: Solid catalyst components for the polymerization of olefins, comprising titanium, magnesium and a compound of general formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and each represents a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 to 10, as an electron donor, which are combined with organoaluminum compounds to form polymerization catalysts for the production of olefin polymers. This electron donor has no problems of safety and hygiene, and is inexpensive and easily synthesized.     摘要: The present invention provides a catalyst for bulk or vapor-phase polymerization having high polymerization activity during bulk or vapor-phase polymerization and providing an olefin polymer having excellent properties in melt flow rate and stereoregularity by adding a small amount of hydrogen.
