    摘要: A luminaire includes a base, a frame supporting a lamp, an optical assembly and an arm connecting the base and the frame. The arm has opposite first and second terminal ends rotatably coupled to the base and the frame, respectively, first and second opposite sides extending between the first and second terminal ends, and first and second actuating members unitary with the arm. The first actuating member extends from the first side at the first terminal end and the second actuating member extends from the second side at second terminal end. The first actuating member rotates the arm with respect to the base about a first axis and the second actuating member rotates the frame with respect to the arm about a second axis, perpendicular to the first axis.

    摘要: An electrical assembly includes an electrical device such as a lighting device, and a support member and a control device such as a motion detector for actuating the electrical device and coupled to the support member. In one embodiment, the control device is connect to a mounting arm that is mounted to the support member in a manner that the mounting arm is rotationally and axially adjustable with respect to the support member so that the control device is rotationally and axially adjustable with respect to the electrical device. In one embodiment, the electrical device is connected to and supported by the support member. The position of the control member can be adjusted to any selected position in a path orbiting a central axis of the electrical device and can be adjusted in an axial direction with respect the axis of the electrical device. The control device is also pivotally connected to the support arm to enable positioning of the control device with respect to the support arm.

    摘要: The quick change tool bit holder comprises a bore for receiving a bit. A retaining tooth, or plurality of teeth, is movable into engagement with the bit when the bit is inserted into the bore to retain the bit in the bore. An ejector ejects the bit from the bore when the retaining tooth is moved out of engagement with the bit. The ejector may comprise a spring that is compressed when the bit is inserted in the bore and a push button is biased by the spring into engagement with the bit. A sleeve forces the retaining tooth into engagement with the bit when said sleeve is in the locking position where the tooth moves at an angle relative to a longitudinal axis into contact with the bit. A method of operating the quick change tool bit holder is also disclosed.
