Abstract:
This application is directed to a geographic information display method. While a first mobile device is executing an instant messaging application, it obtains its own geographic location information, a second mobile device's geographic location information, and a first timestamp at which the geographic location information is recorded. The first mobile device then displays an interactive map associated with the first timestamp on a user interface. The displayed map includes two marks that represent the locations of the first and second mobile devices, respectively, and instant messages exchanged between these two mobile devices are displayed on the map adjacent to the two marks. As the first mobile device obtains updated geographic location information in association with a second timestamp, it updates the location of the second mobile device while the mark corresponding to the first mobile device remains at the same location on the user interface.
Abstract:
Method and device of sharing location information in a social network application are disclosed. The method includes: a user device providing an instant messaging interface of a social network application at the user device; detecting, within the instant messaging interface, a trigger input associated with location information from a first user of the first user device; in response to the trigger input associated with location information, obtaining a map based on the trigger input; and sharing the map with a second user device through the social network application, enabling the second user device to display the map in a corresponding instant messaging interface of the social network application executed at the second user device.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information access control method performed by a computer server, the method including: receiving an image sharing request from a first terminal, the image sharing request including a first image to be shared among a user group of a social networking application; identify one or more faces in the first image through face recognition; randomly selecting one of the faces in the first image; applying a mask to the first image except a predefined portion of the randomly-selected face; sending the partially masked first image to a second terminal; receiving an image viewing request from the second terminal in response to a user selection of the partially masked first image and a user-initiated resource transfer from the second user account to the first user account; and returning a version of the first image not being partially masked to the second terminal.
Abstract:
A method of illustrating audio signal strength includes at a portable computer device having one or more processors and memory storing programs executed by the one or more processors, collecting audio signal using the portable computer device; determining strength of the collected audio signal; computing an illustrative scale that corresponds to the audio signal strength using a mapping function; and superimposing the audio signal strength with the illustrative scale on a graphic area, wherein the graphic area includes an initial sub-area.
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides system and methods for a sharing geographic location. A local terminal may be configured to display a map interface including a graphic indicator. The graphic indicator may correspond to a remote geographic location of a remote terminal. The local terminal may be further configured to receive a selection signal directed at the graphic indicator to track the remote terminal. In response to the signal, the local terminal may repeatedly receive a geographic location information update corresponding to the remote terminal. The geographic location information update may include an updated geographic location of the remote terminal. In addition, the local terminal may update a travel route indicative of a path between the updated geographic location of the remote terminal and a target geographic location. The terminal may display the travel route on the map interface in real time.

Abstract:
A method, device and user terminal for acting on graphical objects displayed in a plug-in viewer of a mobile application is disclosed. In response to a first command gesture, a user device displays a webpage in a user interface of a social networking application and the webpage includes one or more images. After detecting a second command gesture, e.g. a sustained-contact, directed to an image or a blank portion of the displayed webpage, certain operations can be performed to the identified image or images. For example, a sustained-contact on the blank portion of the displayed webpage can result in saving all the images of the webpage in the user device or in the cloud. The saving operation can be conducted with or without additional approval from a user. In such a manner, the saving operation on images of a webpage can be performed more efficiently, improving user experience.
