    Abstract: The survey system includes a mobile body equipped with a scanner configured to perform scanning by a distance measuring light, a position measuring device configured to measure a position of the scanner, and a posture detecting device configured to detect a posture of the scanner, the posture detecting device includes an imaging unit configured to periodically acquire image data, a 3-axis angular velocity sensor configured to detect 3-axis posture angles of the scanner, and an arithmetic control unit, and the arithmetic control unit is configured to calculate posture information of the scanner by summing photographing-time 3-axis posture angles (SP0, SP1, SPn) of the scanner acquired in each photographing by image analysis of the image data, and 3-axis posture relative displacement angles of the scanner calculated from detection values of the 3-axis angular velocity sensor.

    Abstract: A technique for preventing decrease in accuracy of measuring a tilt angle of a surveying device is provided. A total station includes a rotating unit, a horizontal angle measuring unit, a tilt sensor, and a tilt amount calculating part. The rotating unit has a distance measuring unit that performs optical surveying, and the rotating unit horizontally rotates. The horizontal angle measuring unit measures a rotation angle of the horizontal rotation of the rotating unit. The tilt sensor measures a tilt of the rotating unit relative to the direction of gravity. The tilt amount calculating part calculates a tilt of the rotating unit on the basis of measured values of the horizontal angle measuring unit before and after the rotating unit rotates.

    Abstract: Provided is a survey system capable of acquiring point group data of a three-dimensional object desired to be measured without complicated setting. A survey system includes a surveying instrument including a tracking section that tracks a target by emitting tracking light and receiving the tracking light reflected on the target, and a scanner that rotates horizontally and integrally with the surveying instrument and performs scanning around a single axis in a vertical direction, and the scanner and the tracking section are offset in the horizontal direction. Therefore, a scanning line (SL) does not match the target, and is always controlled around the target.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a measurement device including: a distance measurement unit that has a light-generating element, a measurement light emission unit, a light reception unit, and a light reception element and measures a distance to a measurement target on the basis of a light reception signal; a deflection unit that is capable of performing scanning with measurement light; and a control unit that controls the distance measurement unit and the deflection unit. The control unit finds a surface of the measurement target, generates a grid having lines that are arranged at regular intervals on the surface of the measurement target and include a component parallel to a reference direction and a component perpendicular to the reference direction, and controls a deflection behavior of the deflection unit so that a scanning track of the measurement light traces the lines of the grid.
