In ST 101, a femto base station (110) receives a packet addressed to a set of UE (100) via the Internet or a home network and, in ST 102, starts a paging procedure. In ST 103, the set of UE (100) establishes an RRC connection to the femto base station (110). In ST 104, the UE (100) transmits, to the femto base station (110), a paging response addressed to the SGSN (150). In ST 105, the femto base station (110) performs NAS verification. If the femto base station (110) detects the paging response to a paging request made by itself, the femto base station (110), in ST 107, changes the service type of the service request received from the UE (100) from the paging response to signaling.

    摘要: A terminal (101) includes interfaces for communication with a mobile network (102) and a wireless LAN (103). A first IMS server (107) performs IMS call control processing relating to terminals located in the mobile network (102) and a second IMS server (111) relays a signal relating to IMS call control processing concerning terminals located in the wireless LAN (103). These IMS servers search for a mobile network packet gateway (106), a packet data gateway (110), and a gateway to be controlled by a route change request for requesting change of a packet transmission path and relay the route change request. The route change request provided from the terminal (101) is relayed by the IMS servers to provide the change request to all networks specified. The packet transmission path is changed by the gateway in accordance with the request. Thus, the terminal having the interfaces for both of the mobile communication network and the wireless LAN can select a network to use for each communication port.

    摘要: Band control for every flow is made, and at the same time priority control is realized by a simple hardware configuration. A flow identification section 1 identifies the flow, to which each packet belongs. Flow identification information is notified to a flow setting information storage section 2. Based on such information, flow setting information is notified to a polishing section 3. In the polishing section, a rate measurement section 31 measures an arrival rate of the packet, and based on this arrival rate, a rate calculation section 32 calculates an arrival rate for the flow, to which the packet belongs. Then, a band comparative determination section 33 compares this arrival rate for the flow to information such as the minimum guaranteed band and the upper limit band previously set for this flow, and performs class setting for the flow for every packet. Flow identification information for each flow is stored in a schedule storage section 42 by class. A flow selection section 43 and a packet output section 44 selectively outputs the flow belonging to the high priority class.
