摘要: A photosensitive material (for example, a glass substrate coated with a photoresist) is exposed to light in a predetermined pattern by illuminating the photosensitive material with exposure light by an exposure head which emits light that has been modulated by a spatial light modulation device. The exposure head and the photosensitive material are moved in a sub-scan direction at least twice for each photosensitive material. The operation of the spatial light modulation device is controlled in each of sub-scan movements to form an exposed area, of which the exposure amount is at least at two different levels, in the photosensitive material.

摘要: In a tracing method in which tracing is performed by moving a plurality of tracing heads, each including a spatial optical modulation device and an optics system, in a predetermined direction relative to a tracing surface, changes in the relative positional relationship of the tracing heads arising from changes in the environmental temperature are minimized. A plurality of spatial optical modulation devices 34a, 34b are provided in a single tracing head 30, and the light modulated by the plurality of spatial optical modulation devices 34a, 34b is focused on a tracing surface 12a using common optics systems 36, 37 and 38 to reduce the number of the heads 30.

摘要: A multibeam exposure method and device are provided. Scan-exposure is carried out in a state in which positions of exposure beam spots, which are projected onto an exposure surface from a section which selectively turns pixels on and off, are divided into blocks, and relative positions between the blocks are shifted by a predetermined amount, and gaps, in a feeding direction, at positions of exposure beam spots exposed at one block, are exposed by plural exposure beam spots at another block.

摘要: An image exposure apparatus in which positioning of a photosensitive material, such as a printing plate to be wound around a rotating drum, is implemented in a small space. A turning unit and a transport conveyor are provided at a plate supply/transport section. The turning unit trains the printing plate about the rotating drum and feeds the plate to the transport conveyor. At the transport conveyor, the printing plate is transported and a leading end of the printing plate abuts pin rollers. Then, a positioning motor is operated to move the turning unit and the transport conveyor integrally. Thus, the printing plate abuts another pin roller in a width direction to implement positioning of the printing plate. The leading end of the positioned printing plate is then fed to a puncher by the transport conveyor.

摘要: According to the invention, only the surface where washing is necessary can be washed with a simple configuration, and a high humidity adhesion property of the heat developing photosensitive material after the heat developing processing can be eliminated regardless of the degree of the humidity. A pair of guiding rollers are provided above a water washing roller. The guiding rollers are provided such that the lowermost points are below the uppermost point of the water washing roller. The water washing roller rotates while rubbing the lower surface of a film. Washing water is taken out toward the transported film by the water washing roller by the high speed rotation thereof (400 rpm) so as to form a flow on the upstream side with respect to the contacting portion with the film at the uppermost point. The lower surface of the film is washed off by the flow which washes off salts having a high humidity adhesion property and the washing water taken out does not reach the downstream side of the water washing roller 216.

摘要: A development processing apparatus including a pair of rollers for laminating a silver halide photosensitive material on which an image has been exposed and a processing sheet containing chemicals for forming an image on the silver halide photosensitive material; a heating plate having a curved heating surface for subjecting the silver halide photosensitive material to development processing by heating the silver halide photosensitive material and the processing sheet laminated by the pair of rollers; a transport belt for transporting the silver halide photosensitive material and the processing sheet laminated by the pair of rollers along the heating surface of the heating plate to allow the heating plate to effect the development processing; and a separation roller for separating the silver halide photosensitive material and the processing sheet after completion of the development processing by the heating plate. Accordingly, since processing solutions such as a developer and a fixer are not used for the development of the photosensitive material, the efficiency in maintaining the apparatus can be improved.

摘要: In an optical member coupling apparatus for coupling an exchangeable lens unit and an optical member such as a color-separating prism with each other, a supporting section for movably supporting the optical member in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis is provided, whereby even when the optical axes of the lens unit and optical member deviate from each other, they can be adjusted easily. A color-separating prism 2 is attached, together with a lens unit 1, to a panel 3 by means of first and second bases 7 and 8 which are respectively movable only along X and Y axes in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis. The first and second bases 7 and 8 respectively have elliptical holes 7G and 8G into which a joystick 16 can be inserted. When the optical axis of the lens unit deviates from the imaging center of a CCD attached to the color-separating prism 2, screws 10A to 11B are unfastened, and the joystick 16 is inserted through the tool-inserting holes 7G and 8G and is wrenched so that the color-separating prism 2 is moved in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis.
