摘要: The present invention provides an optical disc recording and reproducing apparatus having a function of communicating with a noncontact IC. The apparatus includes a chassis, an external antenna arranged for communication with a noncontact IC outside the chassis, an internal antenna arranged for communication with a noncontact IC included in an optical disc loaded in the chassis, a control section performing a search operation of searching for the noncontact IC outside the chassis and the noncontact IC in the optical disc, and a switching section changing conduction state between the external antenna and the control section and that between the internal antenna and the control section under the control of the control section.

摘要: A printing device includes a controlling section that converts visible information, expressed using biaxial orthogonal coordinate data, into polar coordinate data, and binarizes the polar coordinate data to generate binarized polar coordinate data. Next, the controlling section performs landing position correction on the binarized polar coordinate data, and generates ink discharge data in which displacements of landing positions of ink drops, caused by the order in which the ink drops are discharged from discharge nozzles, are corrected.

摘要: There is provided a printing apparatus including a printing unit for printing visual information on a non-recording surface of a rotatably driven recording medium by discharging ink droplets; and a control unit for controlling movement of the printing unit in a radial direction of the rotatably driven recording medium, and controlling a discharge timing of the ink droplets discharged from the printing unit, wherein the printing unit includes a plurality of ink droplet discharge nozzles, arrayed in a line in the radial direction of the recording medium, for discharging ink droplets of different colors by the control of the control unit, and the control unit completes the printing of the visual information by reciprocating the ink droplet discharge nozzles for plural times in the radial direction of the rotatably driven recording medium.

摘要: Disclosed is a disc drive apparatus. The disc drive apparatus includes a rotational driving unit rotating a disc-shaped recording medium having a plurality of addresses recorded on an information recording surface of the disc-shaped recording medium; an optical pickup recording and/or reproducing an information signal on the information recording surface of the disc-shaped recording medium rotated by the rotational driving unit; and a control unit controlling rotation of the disc-shaped recording medium via the rotational driving unit. In the disc drive apparatus, the control unit carries out a disc constant velocity rotating processing that sets a predetermined address out of the plurality of addresses as a constant velocity rotation address and continuously reproduces the constant velocity rotation address using the optical pickup.

摘要: A print head which includes at least two discharge nozzle lines arranged on at least two lines, out of a base line corresponding to a radial direction of the rotating print object and at least one offset lines parallel to the base line, discharges ink drops of the same color from discharge nozzles of the discharge nozzle lines, moves the print head so as to minutely move the discharge nozzle lines on the base line or the offset lines, and discharges ink drops of the same color from the discharge nozzles passing through second paths moved minutely from the first paths over the rotating print object. In this way, the ink drops are discharged on the area where print defects are caused because the area is not on the paths of the discharge nozzles before the discharge nozzles are minutely moved.

摘要: An optical disk device of the present invention includes a spindle motor, an optical pick-up, and a rotation control portion. The spindle motor is a rotational drive portion that rotates an optical disk, on an information recording surface of which a plurality of addresses are recorded. The optical pick-up records an information signal onto and plays back the information signal from the information recording surface of the optical disk that is rotated by the spindle motor. The rotation control portion controls the rotation of the optical disk by the spindle motor. In this case, the rotation control portion performs control based on a first reference signal that can be read off the optical disk, such that the optical disk is rotated at a speed that is based on a specified clock count.
