The elastically deformable member and at least one of the uprights cooperate to form a gap sized to prevent passage of the article through the gap when the elastically deformable member is in the substantially undeformed position, and the size of the gap is expandable in response to deflection of the elastically deformable member to the deformed position to permit the article to pass through the gap.

A person associated with the alarm system may own a mobile communication device, such as a smartphone or other handheld cellular device. If the mobile communication device located is at the premises, the two-way voice channel can be established between the remote entity and the mobile communication device. Location of the mobile communication device can be determined based on GPS, service provider tracking, or user entry, for example.

    摘要: Delivery of alarm system event data and audio. In certain aspects, a method for delivery of alarm system event data is described, including communicating alarm event data from an alarm system to a private telecommunications switch. In turn, the alarm event data may be communicated to a message processing gateway. The message processing gateway evaluates service parameters of the alarm system and, in certain cases, instructs the private telecommunications switch to contact a central alarm monitoring station if certain service parameters are met. In additional aspects, private telecommunications switch opens a voice channel between the private telecommunications switch and the central alarm monitoring station and communicates the alarm event data. Additionally, in response to a determination that a voice channel between the private telecommunications switch and the central alarm monitoring station remains open, the private telecommunications switch may also bridge the voice channel to the alarm system.

    摘要: An interface for interactive control of alarm systems using an intermediate gateway. A request for access to an account for interactive alarm system control is received from a remote device by an intermediate gateway. The request for access from the remote device is authenticated by the intermediate gateway based on an authentication parameter. After authenticating, the intermediate gateway identifies an alarm system and attributes of the alarm system associated with the request for access. Here, for example, the intermediate gateway identifies the operating characteristics for remote access to the alarm system. Further, the interactive gateway may receive a prompt from the remote device. Based on the prompt, the intermediate gateway may communicate with the alarm system according to its identified attributes and in response to the prompt, to query or update at least one setting of the alarm system.

The bracket lock may be slidably positioned along the lateral length of the bracket to transition between locked and unlocked configurations. When locked, an upper cantilever tab on the bracket lock secures a wire frame shelf that is recessed in a groove on the bracket. When unlocked, the wire frame shelf is not obstructed by the bracket shelf lock and may be removed. A solid shelf may be used in combination with the locking bracket system, as the bracket shelf lock does not obstruct the shelving plane upon which the solid shelf sits.
