摘要: Methods and systems for evaluating compliance of communication of a dispatcher. One system includes an electronic computing device that includes an input device, a transceiver, and one or more electronic processors. The one or more electronic processors are configured to monitor communication between a dispatcher and a caller during a call and determine a type of call. The one or more electronic processors are further configured to determine a conversational procedure based on the type of call and compare a characteristic of the monitored communication to a constraint of the conversational procedure. The one or more electronic processors are further configured to determine that the characteristic of the monitored communication is outside the constraint of the conversational procedure and take an action as a function of determining that the characteristic of the monitored communication is outside the constraint of the conversational procedure.

摘要: A method and system for detecting an accident of a vehicle, the method including: receiving a movement dataset collected at least at one of a location sensor and a motion sensor arranged within the vehicle, during a time period of movement of the vehicle, extracting a set of movement features associated with at least one of a position, a velocity, and an acceleration characterizing the movement of the vehicle during the time period, detecting a vehicular accident event from processing the set of movement features with an accident detection model, and in response to detecting the vehicular accident event, automatically initiating an accident response action.

摘要: A method and system architecture for automation and alarm systems is provided. The system architecture is hierarchically organized, allowing devices to process system data differently at different levels of the hierarchy. Moreover, different devices at the same level of the hierarchy may employ different or custom configurations, allowing for context-dependent algorithms to be deployed in the system. The configuration of each device in the system is defined by a set of rules, filters, thresholds, and other criteria, which are pushed to a device from other devices in the hierarchy. Accordingly, the configuration of each device is dynamically updated as information is learned about the context in which the device is deployed, and as more advanced algorithms and configurations are developed.

摘要: An emergency communication system comprises at least two distributed servers. Each of the servers is an independently functioning device configured to operate cooperatively with another server, store personal data of users, duplicate data, and so forth. The servers are connected to a dispatch center, user devices of users, and personal devices of responders through two or more communications networks. The servers are further configured to implement a method including the steps of: receiving an alert signal initiated by a user during an emergency, determining a geographical location of the user based on the alert signal, identifying an emergency type associated with the user based on the alert signal, selecting at least one responder to address the emergency based at least on the emergency type and the geographical location of the user, and sending an emergency signal, including the geographical location of the user, to the at least one responder.

摘要: Provided are a digital smart security system and method and a program that allow reporting the occurrence of an abnormal situation in security, even in front of a suspicious person, without the suspicious person's awareness. The digital smart security system comprises an abnormality determination unit (112) that, when breathing detected by a respiration sensor (10) for detecting a user's breathing has a preset breathing pattern in which breathing stops for a predetermined period of time and resumes, determines it to be the occurrence of an abnormal situation, and an alarm sending unit (203) that reports the abnormal situation based on the determination result as being the occurrence of an abnormal situation. The abnormality determination unit (112), if the user has stopped breathing for a certain period of time (for example, 10 to 15 seconds) and has resumed breathing, determines it to be the occurrence of an abnormal situation. On the other hand, the abnormality determination unit (112), if breathing has stopped and does not resume, determines that an abnormal situation in health of the user has occurred.
