The problems to be solved by the present invention are to provide an antenna which is applied to a wireless identification system wherein there is a long distance between a device to execute identification and a device attached to an object to be identified and which does not cause deterioration in aesthetic terms and covering of a meaningful symbol, and further to provide a wireless system using the antenna. According to the present invention, there are provided an antenna having a circularly polarizing function and a frequency equalizing function achieved by a grid structure having roughness and fineness around a feeding point and density which allows visible light to pass through, an RFID tag using the antenna, and an RFID system using the tag.

Provided is a capacitor coupling type power transmission circuit in which a variation in receiving side voltage due to a variation in capacitance is suppressed to prevent an influence on a variation in load current in a display panel. An insulating board of the display panel is sandwiched by capacitive coupling electrodes formed on each of a transmitting side board and a board of the display panel, thereby forming capacitors. A non-contact transmission is performed by the capacitors. An alternating current voltage signal obtained by electrodes on a display panel side is rectified by a rectifier including diodes. A constant voltage circuit which is a shunt regulator including a diode array in which a resistor and a plurality of diodes are connected in series is provided to maintain a stabilized voltage irrespective of a variation in load in the display panel.

The invention provides a small multimode antenna capable of commonly using a single feeding point at a plurality of frequencies. The antenna includes a radiating conductor 1 disposed above a ground conductor 6 and distributed-constant circuits 2 and 3 coupled to the radiating conductor. Each of the distributed-constant circuits is constructed by a transmission line and has a branch. One end of the radiating conductor and one end of the distributed-constant circuit 2 are connected to each other to be a connection point and, further, the other end of the radiating conductor and one end of the distributed-constant circuit 3 are connected to each other. The connection point is a single feeding point 9 using the ground conductor as an earth. The distributed-constant circuits 2 and 3 are designed as an equivalent circuit in which different stubs are connected in parallel with a transmission line, and impedance matching at a plurality of frequencies is realized at the feeding point.
