Abstract: Disclosed is an optical filter and a method of manufacturing the same, the optical filter including a tempered glass substrate and an optical filter formed on upper and lower surfaces of the tempered glass substrate and the method including: forming a sheet-cutting portion on a base glass substrate on a per-cell basis; tempering the base glass substrate such that upper and lower surfaces of the base glass substrate are tempered and a side portion thereof is tempered through the sheet-cutting portion as well; forming an optical filter layer on each of upper and lower surfaces of the base glass substrate; and dividing the base glass substrate into cells where each cell serves as a cell-based optical filter.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a camera window and a camera window manufactured thereby. A conventional camera window is configured such that an etching pattern is provided on a back surface of a glass sheet, and a deposition layer is provided on the etching pattern, thereby improving reflectivity, whereby indirect external recognition of the etching pattern is performed, but in the present invention, a distinctive pattern is provided on a front surface of a glass sheet such that direct external recognition of the pattern is possible, whereby it is possible to recognize a distinctive pattern line.

Abstract: Proposed are a flexible cover window for simultaneously improving strength characteristics and folding characteristics of a glass-based ultra-thin flexible cover window, and a method of manufacturing the same. A glass-based flexible cover window is configured such that a ratio of the intensity of replacing metal ions at the glass center to the intensity of replacing metal ions at the glass surface is 1:3 or greater. The present disclosure can provide a flexible cover window with improved window strength characteristics and folding characteristics by adjusting the depth (ion penetration depth) and the surface compressive stress of a tempered layer by performing a gradient tempering process including primary tempering, slimming, and secondary tempering.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a flexible cover window is proposed. The flexible cover window includes a planar part and a folded part extending continuously from the planar part, wherein the folded part is thinner than the planar part. Abstract: Proposed is a flexible cover window including a window substrate and an elastic buffer layer having a single-layer structure or a multi-layer structure. The elastic buffer layer is provided on the rear surface of the window substrate to absorb deformation occurring in a folding part. The flexible cover window is a glass-based cover window for protecting a flexible display that is foldable, rollable, slidable, or stretchable. In addition, the flexible cover window has an elastic buffer layer on the rear surface of the window substrate to reduce the difference in elongation between the window substrate and a display panel so that delamination or buckling due to micro-deformation at the folding part thereof can be prevented. Therefore, the life span of the flexible cover window is prolonged and distortion of an image on the screen at the folding part can be prevented.

Abstract: Disclosed is a near-infrared filter. The near-infrared filter includes a filter-support-seat body including a quadrangular pillar cell region and a dummy region which surrounds the cell region and which is gradually reduced in size from the cell region, and an optical-filter-subdivision layer covering the cell region and the dummy region at a front side and a rear side of the filter-support-seat body based on the path of a light beam which is incident on the front side and penetrates the rear side in the filter-support-seat body. The dummy region has a chamfered side that is slanted obliquely in at least one side of the front side and the rear side of the filter-support-seat body. Further, a method of manufacturing the near-infrared filter is disclosed for each process step.
