摘要： The disclosure provides a notification method for an Emergency Area ID, including: an evolution node B (eNB) acquires an eNB-supported Emergency Area ID and an E-UTRAN cell global identifier (E-CGI) list included in it, and when S1 is set up, carries the acquired emergency area ID and the E-CGI list included in it in an S1 setup request message to transmit to a mobility management entity (MME); the MME stores the received emergency area ID and the E-CGI list included in it. The disclosure further provides a notification system for an Emergency Area ID. With the disclosure, the complexity of manual operation and the error rate are decreased, the reliability and operating efficiency of the system are improved, and the stability and maintainability of the system are enhanced.

摘要： The present invention provides a device and a method for controlling a DC bias of a RF discharge system. Said device comprises a DC bias detection module (302), a mode selection module (301), a DC bias controlling module (303) and a RF power providing module (304). The mode selection module (301) receives a parameter and a type of the parameter. If the type of the parameter is representative of voltage, the DC bias controlling module (303) calculates a power value according to the voltage-related representative parameter and the detected DC bias value, and the RF power providing module (304) provides power according to the calculated power value. If the type of the parameter is representative of power, the RF power providing module (304) provides power according to the power-related representative parameter.

摘要： The remote control unit supports multi-modal dialog with the user, through which the user can easily select programs for viewing or recording. The remote control houses a microphone into which the user can input natural language speech. The input speech is recognized and interpreted by a natural language parser that extracts the semantic content of the user's speech. The parser works in conjunction with an electronic program guide, through which the remote control system is able to ascertain what programs are available for viewing or recording and supply appropriate prompts to the user. In one embodiment, the remote control includes a touch screen display upon which the user may view prompts or make selections by pen input or tapping. Selections made on the touch screen automatically limit the context of the ongoing dialog between user and remote control, allowing the user to interact naturally with the unit. The remote control unit can control virtually any audio-video component, including those designed before the current technology. The remote control system can be packaged entirely within the remote control handheld unit, or components may be distributed in other systems attached to the user's multimedia equipment.

The system stores a semantic representation of an electronic program guide, and the contents of the program guide can be mapped into the grammars used by the natural language parser. The system automatically filters the contents of the program guide and supplies the user with on-screen display or synthesized speech responses to the user's request.

The method comprises: determining, by the network side, the mode for the machine-type communication device to transmit a small amount of user data using a control plane; instructing, by the network side, the machine-type communication device to transmit the small amount of user data using the control plane according to the determined mode; and transmitting, by the machine-type communication device, the small amount of user data using the control plane, according to instructions from the network side. In the present application, on the one hand, the mode of transmitting user data by a control plane can be used in transmitting a small amount of data, so as to improve the system efficiency; and on the other hand, the possibility of causing or increasing the congestion in signalling transmission and/or processing can be avoided when making full use of the mode of transmitting user data by the control plane in transmitting the small amount of data, thus improving the performance of a long-term evolution system in supporting the machine-type communication device.
