摘要: A process for particulate-resin production from an aqueous solution containing resin particles by recovering the particulate resin from the solution. In recovering the particulate resin from the aqueous solution, a lubricant is added in an amount of 0.05-5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the resin ingredient contained in the particulate resin and a dispersant is added in an amount 0.1 to 1 time by weight the amount of the lubricant. Thus, a particulate resin excellent in transparency and blocking resistance can be obtained. In particular, a particulate isobutyrene block copolymer resin can be stably produced.

摘要: In a method of decorating a rubber extruded product, a decoration film made of a thermoplastic resin is laminated by use of thermal fusion onto a decorating part of a vulcanized rubber extruded product. The decoration film is extruded at a predetermined thickness and width independently of the vulcanized rubber extruded product. Thereafter, the decoration film is pressure-bonded and thermally fused to the decorating part of the vulcanized rubber extruded product by pressure rollers before curing.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a door weather strip in which the corner portions thereof are integrally formed with straight portions thereof. In order to obtain a predetermined sealing interference, the cross sectional shape of the corner portions of hollow sealing portion and the lip seal of the weather strip is arranged to be longer than that in the straight portion. Alternatively, the sealing portion is raised as to have a predetermined shape when the corners are formed. Said formed shapes are solidified by vulcanization after the weather strip has been plastically deformed before the vulcanization.

摘要: An opening trim which is mounted to a body flange of a door mounting opening portion of an automobile, and provided with a U-like cross-section and grasping lips on the inside of the U-like cross-section. The opening trim comprises a portion intended to grasp a thick portion of the body flange and a usual portion continuing to the portion intended to grasp the thick portion, and both portions are molded integrally by means of extrusion molding. The inclination angle of the grasping lips at least in one side of the portion intended to grasp the thick portion with respect to the flange inserting surface is made smaller than that in the usual portion. Thereby the flange pushing resisting force in the portion intended to grasp the thick portion is about equal with that in the usual portion.

摘要: An injection molding machine for molding with a high polymer material such as rubber and resin which is improved in the working efficiency and productivity thereof. The injection molding machine comprises a plurality of independent metallic molds, a metallic mold securing device having two receiving portions for receiving and clamping the metallic molds therein, a metallic mold loading and unloading device for loading and unloading the metallic molds to and from the receiving portions, and a drive device for moving the metallic mold securing device. Accordingly, injection and vulcanization can be carried out alternately for two metallic molds so that, also during vulcanization for the first metallic mold, injection to the cavity of the second metallic mold can be carried out. The metallic mold securing device can otherwise have more than two such receiving portions when necessary.

摘要: A method for producing a channel-shaped trim including a core member embedded within a covering material and having a longitudinally extending opening for embracing and clamping an edge flange of a support member comprising the steps of perforating a plurality of transversely extending slits of which length is made larger at predetermined intervals in a band-shaped metallic plate to form unslit connecting portions of which width is made narrower at predetermined intervals in both side end portions thereof, rolling the unslit connecting portions in a longitudinal direction thereof to form a core member, covering the core member with a covering material, breaking the core member in the narrower connecting portions to divide into a plurality of core pieces, and bending the covered and divided core member into a desired cross-sectional shape of the opening.
