    摘要: A slide type portable terminal can include a main unit including separated first and second key sections and a first plate coupled to a surface of the main unit and a display unit with a display screen on a front surface and a second plate. The second plate can slide with respect to the first plate and preferably slides along the surface of the main unit to cause the first and second key sections of the main unit to be covered and exposed by the display unit. Further, first and second magnets can be provided on the first and second plates, respectively, so that the same poles of the magnets face each other to provide a repulsive force when they are positioned to face close to each other. According to embodiments of the present invention, there are various advantages in that the portable terminal can be utilized more conveniently and production costs and failure rates thereof can also be reduced.

    摘要: A swivel hinge can have a first hinge section and a second hinge section coupled to the first hinge section to rotate in a direction perpendicular to the first hinge section. The first and second hinge sections can include first and second magnets configured to relatively position the first and second hinge sections with respect to each other. The swivel can include a stopper engagement section provided at one end of a second hinge shaft to rotate together with the second hinge shaft and a stopper having a surface facing a locking surface of the stopper engagement section to restrict rotation of the second hinge section. The stopper can allow the locking surface of the stopper engagement section to freely rotate when the first hinge section rotates by a predetermined angle. The swivel hinge can operate in a portable terminal.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing colloidal crystals using a confined convective assembly, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing two-dimensional and/or three dimensional colloidal crystals on a substrate by infusing colloidal suspension between two substrates and self-assembling colloidal particles by capillary action. The present invention can control a convective flow moving the colloidal particles to a meniscus generated by removing the solvent of the colloidal suspension. It is possible to manufacture face-to-face two-dimensional colloidal crystals and/or three-dimensional colloidal crystals within a short time using various sizes of colloidal particles through the control of the convective flow of colloidal particles, which are not easily achieved in the existing method.The present invention can use two-dimensional colloidal crystals and/or three-dimensional colloidal crystals manufactured using the confined convective assembly method in the various fields such as in biosensors and devices, information storing medium, display devices and optical devices.
