摘要: [PROBLEM] To provide a medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus capable of smoothly dispensing and packaging tablets for each package despite the fact that it is simple in structure and low in cost.[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus comprises a tablet feed means (2), a carrying means (27), a supporting means (58), and a dispensing/packaging means (4). The tablet feed means (2) is formed by continuously connecting, to each other, tablet storage parts (7) storing packages of tablets and having openable bottom plates (13) rotatably about pivot shafts, and the bottom plates (13) are rotated about one side of the continuously connecting direction. The carrying means (27) converts the direction of the tablet feed means (2) at least in the vertical lower direction after carrying the tablet feed means (2) horizontally to the opposite side of the rotating center of the bottom plate (13). The supporting means (58) supports the bottom plates (13) of the tablet storage parts (7) when the tablet feed means (2) is carried by the carrying means (27), and the bottom plates (13) are opened while the tablet feed means is carried horizontally to fall the tablets in the tablet storage parts (7). The dispensing/packaging means (4) collects the fallen tablets by the supporting means (58) and packages them for each package.

摘要: A fluidized-bed gasification furnace has a gasification chamber for fluidizing a fluidized medium therein and pyrolyzing a material in the fluidized medium to produce a pyrolysis gas and a pyrolysis residue. The fluidized-bed gasification furnace also has a combustion chamber having a combustion portion for fluidizing a fluidized medium therein and combusting the pyrolysis residue to heat the fluidized medium and a settling portion disposed adjacent to the combustion portion and the gasification chamber for settling the heated fluidized medium therein. The fluidized-bed gasification furnace includes a first passage for introducing the pyrolysis residue from the gasification chamber to the combustion chamber together with the fluidized medium, a second passage for introducing the heated fluidized medium in the combustion chamber from the settling portion of the combustion chamber to the gasification chamber, and a first diffusion device for supplying a fluidizing gas to a first region in the combustion portion adjacent to the settling portion of the combustion chamber to move the fluidized medium from the combustion portion to the settling portion. The fluidized-bed gasification furnace also includes a circulation controller operable to adjust a flow rate of the fluidizing gas supplied from the first diffusion device to control a circulation amount of the fluidized medium.

At least a gear ratio of the second gear section 16 to the first gear section 15 of the intermediate gear 14 is made small so as to prevent tablets in other pocket sections 10 adjacent to a pocket section 10 open to a discharge port 11 from falling from the discharge port 11 when a tablet housing case 4 is detached from a case support base 3. This makes it possible to prevent tablets from falling down when the tablet housing case is detached from the case support base.

摘要: A drug filling apparatus capable of preventing drugs from being bridged to each other and reducing troubles. When a time for filling of tablets in the drug dispenser (20) into the vial comes, a motor (62) of a drive section (32) rotates according to specified signals to rotate the inner receptacle portion (36); that is, the rotational orientation of the inner receptacle portion (36) is changed to reverse the inner receptacle portion (36).

摘要: A tensioner, in which an outer body and an inner body, which can deal with a tensioner mounting form required by various engines and a tension-imparting function, can be assembled. The inner body and a movement backward preventing mechanism, which form an inner body unit, can be unitized in a shape by which press-fitting and assembling is easy, and its efficient assembling production can be performed. A body 22 of a tensioner 21 is composed of outer and inner bodies 23 and 24 of different members. The outer body 23 is provided with a tensioner mounting means and an inner body fitting hole 23a. The inner body 24 is provided with a plunger accommodating hole 24a into which a plunger 26 biased by a compression spring 27 was slidably fitted, and a movement backward preventing mechanism 32 for preventing the backward movement of the plunger 26 is incorporated into the inner body 24. The movement backward preventing mechanism 32 comprises a rack 26b formed on a part of the outer circumference of the plunger 26, a pawl body 32b pivotably supported with a pivot shaft 32a in a cutaway groove formed on a front end of the inner body 24, and a spring 31c, which biases a pawl of the pawl body 32b so that the pawl engages the rack 26b. An inner body side unit 33 composed of at least the inner body 24, the movement backward preventing mechanism 32, the compression spring 27 and the plunger 26, is adapted to be press-fitted and fixed into the inner body fitting hole 23a of the outer body 23.

摘要: A chain tensioner has a spring-biased plunger with rack teeth engageable with teeth of wedge-shaped cam chips cooperating with a spring-biased cam-receiving ring in a recess formed in a tensioner housing. A seal plate, having a central hole through which the plunger extends, is provided as a closure for the recess to hold the cam chip assembly in place. A wire loop, for temporarily engaging a pin protruding laterally from the plunger, is pivoted in tube formed by rolling a portion of a seal plate. The wire loop holds the plunger in its retracted state while the tensioner is being installed, and automatically disengages the laterally protruding pin when the plunger is pushed inward by a tensioner lever, thereby releasing the plunger for normal operation.

The radiation curing compound has a hydroxyl group and a radiation curing functional group in the molecule, and the number of micro projections on the surface of the magnetic layer having a height of 10 to 20 nm measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM) is 5 to 1,000/100 (μm)2.

摘要: A tablet feeder that is simple in construction and yet capable of accurately preventing drawbacks from occurring due to jamming of medicine or the like. A motor (6) installed on a case support block (3) is driven to rotate a rotor (9) disposed in a medicine receiving case (1) through a plurality of gears. The tablets received in the medicine receiving case (1) are held in the pockets (10) of the rotor (9) and are moved to a discharge section (11) to discharge tablets therefrom. The gearing is composed of a driving gear (7) connected to the rotary shaft of the motor (6), and a driven gear (13) meshing with the driving gear (7). Installed in either of the power transmission paths extending from the motor (6) to the rotor (9) through the two gears (7, 13) is a power cut-off section (15, 17) that cuts off the power from the motor (6) when a force of a predetermined value or above acts on the rotor (9).
