摘要: The present teachings relate to various embodiments of a hermetically-sealed gas enclosure assembly and system that can be readily transportable and assemblable and provide for maintaining a minimum inert gas volume and maximal access to various devices and apparatuses enclosed therein. Various embodiments of a hermetically-sealed gas enclosure assembly and system of the present teachings can have a gas enclosure assembly constructed in a fashion that minimizes the internal volume of a gas enclosure assembly, and at the same time optimizes the working space to accommodate a variety of footprints of various OLED printing systems. Various embodiments of a gas enclosure assembly so constructed additionally provide ready access to the interior of a gas enclosure assembly from the exterior during processing and readily access to the interior for maintenance, while minimizing downtime.

摘要: An aperture plate is manufactured by plating metal around a mask of resist columns having a desired size, pitch, and profile, which yields a wafer about 60 μm thickness. This is approximately the full desired target aperture plate thickness. The plating is continued so that the metal overlies the top surfaces of the columns until the desired apertures are achieved. This needs only one masking/plating cycle to achieve the desired plate thickness. Also, the plate has passageways formed beneath the apertures, formed as an integral part of the method, by mask material removal. These are suitable for entrainment of aerosolized droplets exiting the apertures.

摘要: The present invention relates to an atomizing assembly and an atomizer having the same. The atomizing assembly comprises a containing part and an atomizing part. The containing part includes a containing body defining a containing space, and the containing body has a recess with a first pattern, which is one-piece integrally-formed on the recess. The atomizing part includes a nozzle plate, the elastic element and an atomizing electric-connection portion electrically connected to the nozzle plate. The elastic element inseparable encapsulates part of the nozzle plate. The elastic element has a second pattern corresponding to the first pattern, and the second pattern is closely press-fitted to the first pattern to make the nozzle plate detachably installed in the recess of the containing body. The present invention is easy to assemble/disassemble, and the parts thereof can be closely press-fitted to each other without using any fixing element.

摘要: A method and system for feeding a lubricating or releasing agent from a dosing station to one or more pressing tools arranged in a pressing chamber of a tablet press. The tablet press is configured with a feed pipe for feeding the lubricating or release agent from the dosing station to the one or more pressing tools of a pressing chamber of the tablet press and the feed pipe is configured with a shut-off valve disposed in-line with the feed pip for controlling the flow of the lubricating or release agent to the pressing chamber. The method comprises the steps of: producing a negative pressure with respect to the surroundings of the pressing chamber of the tablet press, measuring a pressure in one of the feed pipe and the pressing chamber, and issuing a signal indicative of the measured pressure and issuing an enable signal to open a valve in response to the pressure signal.

摘要: A nebulization structure includes a driving element, a structure plate and a nebulization plate. The structure plate is installed on a side of the driving element, and the structure plate is substantially in a circular disc shape and has a plurality of through holes, and at least one rib is formed between adjacent through holes to define a water guide passage. The nebulization plate is clamped between the driving element and the structure plate and made of a polymer material to overcome the problems of having easy metal fatigue and embrittlement of the nebulization plate made of metal, and being corroded by corrosive liquids.

摘要: There is provided a control unit for controlling the operation of a nebulizer, the nebulizer comprising a reservoir chamber for storing a liquid to be nebulised, an actuator, and a nebulizing element comprising a plurality of nozzles arranged to nebulize the liquid upon operation of the actuator; wherein the control unit is configured to obtain an indication of the size of the nozzles in the nebulizing element; and control the operation of the actuator based on the obtained indication to provide nebulised liquid at a required output rate and/or with droplets of a required size.
