Abstract: Methods and devices for indicating a resource location include a base station sending resource location information to a user equipment (UE). The resource location information at least indicates a frequency-domain location of a first resource according to a frequency domain offset from the first resource to a boundary location of a second resource in a frequency domain, and a bandwidth of the second resource. The second resource can include a synchronization signal (SS) block and the first resource can include a common control resource set.
