    Abstract: A fluid leakage detection system has a detection space to which working oil leaked out through a rod seal is guided; the rod seal being configured to seal an annular gap between a piston rod and a cylinder head; a sensor unit configured to detect pressure in the detection space; and a controller configured to acquire detected result from the sensor unit, wherein the controller has: a calculation unit configured to calculate a pressure parameter representing a pressure fluctuation in the detection space; a determination unit configured to determine occurrence of leakage of the working oil based on the pressure parameter; and the pressure parameter includes an upper limit value and a lower limit value of the pressure fluctuation obtained from the detected result detected by the sensor unit within a predetermined detection period.

    Abstract: A shock absorber is provided. The shock absorber of the present invention includes a shock absorber main body, a damping passage, a primary damping force generation component, and a secondary damping force generation component. The shock absorber main body has an outer tube and a rod and is stretchable. The damping passage communicates operating chambers with each other provided in the shock absorber main body. The primary and secondary damping force generation components are provided in series with the damping passage. The secondary damping force generation component includes a secondary valve, an annular facing portion, and a valve stopper. The annular facing portion faces the secondary valve with an annular gap between the annular facing portion and the secondary valve. The valve stopper has elasticity to allow bending, and when the secondary valve bends and comes in contact with the valve stopper, restricts the secondary valve from bending.

The controller sets the supply state to a supply state selected from: a first supply state in which the working oil is supplied only from the first oil pump; a second supply state in which the working oil is supplied from the first oil pump and the third oil pump; a third supply state in which the working oil is supplied from the first oil pump and the second oil pump; and a fourth supply state in which the working oil is supplied from the first oil pump, the second oil pump, and the third oil pump.

    Abstract: A suspension device includes a leaf spring and a buffer. The leaf spring applies an elastic force for relatively moving an unsprung member in a predetermined direction with respect to a body (sprung member) of a vehicle. The buffer includes a first expansion/contraction member, a second expansion/contraction member, an intermediate member, and a damping passage. The first and second expansion/contraction members form first and second gas chambers filled with gas therein and are expandable and contractible. An upper end and a lower end of the first and second expansion/contraction members are connected to the body. The intermediate member couples the first and second expansion/contraction members and is connected to the leaf spring. The damping passage allows the first and second gas chambers to communicate with each other, and applies resistance to flow of flowing gas. When one of the first and second expansion/contraction members expands, the other contracts.

    Abstract: [Abstract] A production apparatus for a liquid containing gas bubbles according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing and a shearing mechanism unit. The casing includes an inlet, into which a liquid with a gas injected therein flows, and an outlet. The shearing mechanism unit is provided between the inlet and the outlet and applies shearing force to a liquid flowing to the outlet from the inlet. The shearing mechanism unit includes a rotor, a rotation applying unit, and a facing member. The rotor includes a rotary shaft and a tube portion having an outer peripheral portion including a first structure surface in which a plurality of recess portions is formed, and is rotatably disposed inside the casing. The rotation applying unit is provided in the rotary shaft and applies rotating force around the rotary shaft to the rotor. The facing member has an inner peripheral portion that faces the first structure surface via a predetermined clearance and is provided in an inner wall portion of the casing.

The hard side damping element includes an orifice and leaf valves provided in parallel with the orifice. The soft side damping element includes an orifice having a larger aperture area than the orifice.
