摘要: The device, tool, instrument and the like, for patellar resurfacing, according to the invention, comprises at least one bearing framework (IN), which incorporates a cutting slot (Tpg) and a lower support guide (G2) which may assume different positions with respect to the center of the patellar articular surface. The device is completed by an upper support guide (G1) of the patella for maintaining the shape-constraint coupling between the bearing framework and the patella. Advantageously the device uses the peripheral surface (and not the central one) of said patella, guaranteeing minimal invasiveness and perfect visibility.

The two polyhedral blocks each comprise at least a first and a second slotted body, associated in pairs with a respective tubular guide member, arranged one opposite the other with respect to the corresponding tubular guide member associated therewith.

摘要: A surgical device includes a polyaxial surgical screw that includes an internally hollow tulip. The tulip includes two elongated rods which are parallel and mutually spaced apart, each elongated rod protruding from a side wall of the tulip and extending away from a first end of the tulip in a direction opposite to a second end of the tulip. The rods define a channel in communication with the first end for accessing the interior of the tulip. A locking unit can be reversibly mounted on the polyaxial surgical screw. The locking unit includes a tubular body which has an inner cavity and is adapted to be fitted about the elongated rods during a configuration of use of the surgical device. The tubular body has two mutually opposite protrusions which project into the inner cavity that are configured to face the channel and be mutually interposed.

The two half-bodies are mutually secured such that they can rotate the one with respect to the other around an axis, each one of the two half-bodies comprises a plurality of openings having known and different sizes, each one of the openings of the two half-bodies is open toward the outside through an at least partially radial slot. The two half-bodies can rotate the one with respect to the other around the axis between an open position and a closed position and vice versa. In the open position the slots of the first half-body axially coincide with the slots of the second half-body, and in the closed position the openings of the first half-body axially coincide with the openings of the second half-body.
