Abstract:
A transportable detachable multifunctional decorative pillow with multiple attachments for multiple purposes. The decorative pillow comprises a body with decorative buttons. When the decorative pillow is in the unfolded position a blanket and pillow are exposed. The blanket with multiple pockets is attached to the pillow with zippers, Velcro, snaps or buttons. This offers the option of utilizing the pillow and blanket as a one piece or a two separate pieces. A detachable hoodie is attached to the top planar material. The bottom of the blanket includes an overlapped foot pocket for keeping the feet warm. A sewed inner pocket in the blanket serves to keep the hands in place and warm Inner liners are used along the edge of the rectangular blanket to maintain form. In addition, extra pockets serve as convenient storage area for multiple electronic devices. The decorative pillow converts into a travel body-blanket, sleeper and comforter.
Abstract:
A belt member includes: a strip member having an elongate shape; a fastener disposed along the longitudinal direction of the strip member; and an opening-closing device that opens or closes the fastener. For reducing a contact pressure of the belt member per unit area, the fastener is opened by the opening-closing device to unfold the belt member into a form of a wide strip so that the width of the belt member is increased. On the other hand, when the fastener is closed by the opening-closing device, the belt member takes a form of a narrow tube so that the width of the belt member is reduced.
Abstract:
In a slide fastener according to the invention, each fastener element includes an upper half element portion disposed at a first surface side of a fastener tape and a lower half element portion disposed at a second surface side of the fastener tape. The upper half element portion includes a first tape-sandwiching portion, a first head portion of a tapered form, and a thin walled portion which has a downward inclined surface that is inclined downward toward the forefront of the first head portion from the thin walled start portion set on the upper half element portion to the first head portion side. Thereby, the fastener element can be formed lightweight and can make coupling breaking difficult to occur.
Abstract:
A vehicle enclosure (14) and method and system of installation using an adhesive-backed attachment device (1) having a base (4) with an adhesive backing (10) and a stud (12) or a socket (2) that engages a conventional a conventional snap (8). The adhesive-backed attachment device is preferably flexible so that it may be attached to uneven surfaces of a vehicle, such as a golf cart (15). The adhesive-backed attachment device eliminates unsightly brackets, drilling or screwing into the golf cart and cuts down on installation time of golf cart enclosures. The studs and sockets may also be integrated into a new roof (14) for retrofitting an existing golf cart.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a closure arrangement that includes at least one conductive conduit. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.
Abstract:
A connect-release zipping system basically comprising four zipper tracks, four zipper sliders on the zipper tracks, and a central connector to which the zipper sliders are affixed. The zipper sliders are fixed to the central connector in such a way that when one of the zipper sliders moves along its respective zipper track, all of the other zipper sliders simultaneously move along their respective zipper tracks. This simultaneous movement causes two zipper tracks to zip together, and two zipper tracks to unzip. The connect-release zipping system may be incorporated into a sleeping bag to allow the bag to easily transform into a jumpsuit.
Abstract:
A method for making linear materials for fasteners, particularly monofilaments, which possess pearly luster and retain this pearly luster intact even after being dyed. A polyester, particularly polyethylene terephthalate, is blended with 1 to 10% by weight of polypropylene and the resultant blend is subjected to melt spinning. The undrawn filament thus obtained possesses pearly luster and can be used as a raw material for fastener parts presenting an appearance of high quality. The undrawn filament has the dyeability thereof adjusted without noticeably affecting the degree of shrinkage when it is drawn at a temperature in the range of from 70 to 98.degree. C. Thus, the monofilaments for fasteners, which possess pearly luster and are allowed to be dyed in colors harmonized with the colors of fastener tapes, can be produced.
Abstract:
A device and method which facilitates the removal of a zipper component such as a slider e.g. for maintenance, repair, security and the like, is provided. In one embodiment a plate configured so that it can define a receiving area is positioned adjacent to a pair of zipper tapes such that a slider may be moved off the zipper tapes and into the receiving area. Preferably the receiving area is configured so that once the slider is in the receiving area it may be removed therefrom and/or a new slider may be inserted therein for positioning onto the zipper tapes. In one embodiment one or more removable doors or tabs are provided to limit movement of the slider and/or prevent movement into the receiving area unless the doors or stop members are moved or removed. In one embodiment, one or more guide lugs are provided for engaging the slider to glide the slider from the receiving area onto the tape so as to readily engage the zipper teeth.
Abstract:
A key holder includes a holding strap composed of a row of coupling elements attached to a flexible core cord, each of the coupling element having a coupling head which is symmetric in shape about a longitudinal axis of said coupling element, an end stop mounted across opposite ends of the holding strap for connecting them while keeping the holding strap bent into a closed loop with the respective coupling heads of the coupling elements directed inwardly of the looped holding strap, and a slider slidably mounted on and movable along opposed ones of the coupling elements for taking them into and out of interdigitating engagement. With this construction, the loop of the holding strap can be adjusted by moving the slider to such an extent as to meet the user's desire or to conform to the number of keys to be held on the key holder.
