摘要： The Assembly comprises a centrally-bored nozzle, a centrally-bored nozzle body, and a centrally-bored jet orifice element, the three being in substantially collinear alignment along a longitudinal axis. The nozzle body has a spherical-shaped socket in which is received a spherical-shaped body portion of the element. Further, the element has a straight shank portion, extending from the body portion, which projects into a void in the nozzle body subsisting between the element and the nozzle. Adjustment screws, in penetration of the nozzle body, are arrayed about the shank portion for manipulation to adjust the attitude of the shank portion relative to the longitudinal axis.

摘要： A system for applying viscous substances is formed from a liquid and a granular solid. The system comprises a liquid circuit with a liquid containment unit. A liquid line and conveying means circulate the liquid from the liquid containment unit into the liquid line. A solid circuit with a storage unit stores the granular solids. A solid line and conveying means circulate the granular solids from the storage unit into the solid line. A mixing device is connected to the liquid line and to the solid line. The mixing device has a body that is adapted to receive liquids from the liquid line and granular solids from the solid line. The body mixes the liquids and granular solids into a viscous substance. The body has an outlet to apply the viscous substance mixed in the body. A method for applying a viscous substance is also provided.

摘要： A portable haze sprayer having a multi-function that can spray powder chemicals or a fertilizer, spray chemicals in a high pressure, and widely spray chemicals is provided. The portable haze sprayer includes: a chemical container including a pipe connector for supplying a wind pressure and a supply pipe to be an exit of stored liquid chemicals; an air blower to be driven with an engine; a frame for supporting the chemical container, the engine, and the air blower; an elbow that is communicated to an output terminal of the air blower to supply a wind pressure to the pipe connector of the chemical container through an air supply pipe; a spray pipe that is communicated to the elbow and that hazes chemicals that are supplied from the chemical container; a powder supply pipe that is provided at a side of the elbow to spray a granular fertilizer or powder chemicals to the injection pipe to be opened or closed with a valve with a handle; a pump that is mounted at the center of the frame; a clutch means that is disposed between the air blower and the pump and that interlocks with a clutch lever to switch power; and a level guide for guiding the clutch lever, and a blade assembly that includes a pair of bosses that is disposed to sustain an interval by a bushing within the injection pipe to be rotatably supported a blade.

摘要： An apparatus for mixing an additive into a fluid to form a settable mixture includes a main fluid passageway having an inlet for receiving a supply of the fluid and an outlet for dispensing the fluid, the passageway having a longitudinal axis. The apparatus includes a control valve defining a portion of the main fluid passageway and configured for selectively controlling the flow of fluid in the passageway, an additive injector disposed in the passageway and having an emitter disposed in close relationship with the axis and oriented toward the outlet. A static mixer is disposed between the injector and the outlet for enhancing the uniform mixing of the additive and the fluid. Connection points between the inlet, the valve and the static mixer are configured for smooth transition of fluid and the prevention of at least one of the collection and premature setting of the mixture.

摘要： A process and an apparatus for the production of a polyurethane mixture is described. The apparatus comprises a high-pressure mixing device provided with a mixing chamber opening onto a side of a discharge duct. An elongated cleaning member is reciprocable inside the duct and is provided with a longitudinal channel for feeding a fluidized reinforcing material, for example reinforcing fibers or a reinforcing material in powder or granulate form, to be blended with the polyurethane mixture flowing into the discharge duct. The feeding channel for the reinforcing material terminates at the front end of the cleaning member, at a point where the flow of reinforcing material impinges the polyurethane mixture which emerges from the mixing chamber under high turbulence conditions. Blowing nozzles are provided to generate air jets for repeatedly deviating the flow of blended polyurethane mixture and reinforcing material flowing out from the discharge duct.

摘要： A slurry spray machine for spraying a settable slurry includes a main passageway configured for receiving a supply of pressurized slurry and having a supply end and an outlet end opposite the supply end. A first compressed gas inlet is disposed intermediate the supply and outlet ends and in fluid communication with the passageway for introducing a first supply of pressurized gas into the slurry, and a second pressurized gas inlet is disposed closer to the outlet end than the first inlet and in fluid communication with the passageway for introducing a second supply of pressurized gas into the slurry. A pressurized supply of adjuvant is provided in fluid communication with the second pressurized gas inlet for providing a blended gas to the second gas inlet. At least one valve is provided for controlling the flow of slurry through the passageway and the flow of the first and second gases into the passageway. Prior to the pressurized ejection of the slurry from the outlet end, the first gas is injected into the slurry, and the blended gas is mixed with the slurry and the first pressurized gas between the first gas inlet and the outlet end.

摘要： Many industries such as construction and aerospace industries use high build coatings for various purposes. Spray system for applying high build coatings allow thick coating to be applied relatively quickly as opposed to manual methods. The present application provides for a spray system including a spray apparatus having a conveyance device which provides a motive force created by a vacuum for delivering a dry material to the nozzle of the apparatus, the conveyance device including an array of bores for separating the dry material to provide substantially uniform wetting of the dry material when the dry material enters the nozzle. The conveyance device is particularly useful in applying plaster and stucco. The present apparatus eliminates concerns of pot-life, waste and product uniformity by wetting the dry material close to the nozzle outlet.
