摘要: Provided is a forming die, including a movable supporting member, a movable die, a fixed supporting member and a fixed die. The movable supporting member disposes an oblique sliding groove. The movable die disposes an oblique guiding surface engaged with the oblique sliding groove. The movable die disposes a forming portion, which includes a forming base and a protruding portion extending downward from the forming base. The movable die can tilted move along the oblique sliding groove. The fixed die disposes a flange having a high point. The forming die of the present invention employs the movable die tilted moving along the oblique sliding groove to make the protruding portion extend into the back space of the high point, so that no gap exists between a bending portion of a terminal and the flange for obtaining the bending portion having a large bending degree and having a stable size.

摘要: A forming assembly includes, a rocker having an operating surface defining a cavity, the operating surface including a first cavity surface and a second cavity surface, a saddle defining a space in which the rocker rotates, and a pad extending into the cavity and defining (i) an abutment surface which faces toward the saddle and defines a first plane, and (ii) a workpiece contact surface which faces away from the saddle and defines a second plane, wherein relative movement between the saddle and the pad when the first cavity surface is positioned in contact with the abutment surface causes rotation of the rocker within the space, wherein rotation of the rocker within the space causes the second cavity surface to advance toward the workpiece contact surface, and wherein the first plane intersects the second plane so as to define an angle θ.

摘要: A machine tool having a machine frame open on three sides in the shape of the letter C, comprising an upper die support, disposed on the machine frame and vertically movable by a drive cradle, with at least two die holding fixtures placed side by side and having corresponding upper dies, a lower die support disposed on the machine frame with a corresponding number of die holding fixtures placed side by side and having corresponding lower dies, and a matrix plate clamped on the lower die support, disposed in a frame containing the die holding fixtures. In this configurement, it is possible to use a self-guided tool unit in an equally flexible manner as the normal upper and lower dies, by disposing, instead of a lower die, a tool unit comprising an upper die and a lower die contained in a guide frame, such as a cutting unit or a coping unit, on a matrix plate in a corresponding die holding fixture, and to drivingly couple it with the upper die support.

摘要: Machines for bending profiles, metal sheets and the like are provided. Such machines include those having a structure or frame and a bending device with three rollers. The axis (x1) of the first roller is fixed relative to the structure or frame, while the axes (x2, x3) of the second and third rollers are movable relative to each other, and hence each relative to the axis (x1) of the first roller, so as to define a curved path with an adjustable radius of curvature along which the material to be bent is caused to move passing between said rollers. The bending device may further include an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position of the axes (x2, x3) of the second and third rollers with two degrees of freedom. The adjustment mechanism may include a pair of tilting arms hinged to the structure or frame so as to tilt about respective fixed axes of rotation (x4, x5) oriented parallel to the axes (x1, x2, x3) of the three rollers. The axes (x2, x3) of the second and third rollers may be guided each by a respective tilting arm along a respective direction of translation (y1, y2) which is fixed relative to that tilting arm.

摘要: The invention relates to a tool for shaping a material, in particular for bending plate material, comprising a mounting part configured to be in any case partially received in a receiving space of an apparatus, and a shaping part extending from the mounting part. The tool is provided with means for displacing the mounting part in longitudinal direction through the receiving space. The tool can thus be handled and positioned easily even when it is relatively heavy. The displacing means can comprise one or more displacing members protruding from the tool, for instance rollers or wheels. The invention also relates to a combination of an apparatus and such a tool, wherein the apparatus has a receiving space in which the mounting part of the tool is received. The receiving space here comprises a wall part on which the displacing means engage. Finally, the invention further relates to a method for positioning a tool as described above in an apparatus.
