    摘要: A method of producing a radial tire for a construction vehicle, the method enabling a vast reduction in facility costs. A first green tire is formed in a first step molding machine and then removed from it. After that, a vulcanizer bladder unit is installed on the tire. The tire is inflated by the vulcanizer bladder unit and then again placed in the first step molding machine with the vulcanizer bladder unit installed. After that, on the first step molding machine, belts and tread rubber are adhered to the outer periphery of the tire to form a completed green tire. Then the completed green tire, with the vulcanizer bladder unit, is assembled in a vulcanizing mold for vulcanization.

    摘要: An apparatus for effectively heating a green tire generates heat to a metal member embedded therein using electromagnetic induction, to complete a heating formation of a green tire in a sufficiently short time. Particularly, in the thick portion of the green tire which is hard to rise temperature heat, the efficiency of heat generation due to electromagnetic induction is increased by effectively concentrating a high frequency magnetic field on the metal member embedded therein. The apparatus for heating a green tire comprises a local heating coil for forming a high frequency magnetic field along a portion of extending direction of a metal member, a high frequency power supply for supplying high frequency power to the local heating coil, and a mechanism for moving the local heating coil relatively in the extending direction of the metal member.

    摘要: A holder for a radial or partially shaped tire having a support member or post which carries a plate for receiving the lower bead of the uncured tire. An expansible member is carried by the post in a manner such that the tire may be placed over the expansible member and onto the lower bead supporting plate. The expansible member is then inserted into the tire so that substantially the entire inner portion of the tire is contacted by the member. Means can be provided at each tire curing press to hold the post and actuate the expansible member and/or such can be provided at the location where the tire is built so as to immediately hold the tire in the desired shape prior to transfer to the tire curing press.

Each of the pair of beads is defined along a respective inner circumferential edge of the green tyre.     摘要: A cylindrical body is formed by mounting a carcass to the outer periphery of a film formed of thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic resin elastomer composition. A molded body is formed by fitting bead rings on opposite width direction ends of the cylindrical body, and the molded body is sucked on a transfer mold's inner periphery. After a rigid inner mold is inserted into the molded body, suction stops and the molded body is transferred to the inner mold's outer periphery. Opposite carcass ends in a width direction are turned up on the inner mold, while other tire members are stacked on the molded body's outer periphery to mold a green tire. The tire and inner mold are placed in disposed inside a heated curing mold and the film is inflated to cure the tire and bond the film to the inner peripheral tire surface to form an inner layer.
