摘要: An apparatus for effectively heating a green tire generates heat to a metal member embedded therein using electromagnetic induction, to complete a heating formation of a green tire in a sufficiently short time. Particularly, in the thick portion of the green tire which is hard to rise temperature heat, the efficiency of heat generation due to electromagnetic induction is increased by effectively concentrating a high frequency magnetic field on the metal member embedded therein. The apparatus for heating a green tire comprises a local heating coil for forming a high frequency magnetic field along a portion of extending direction of a metal member, a high frequency power supply for supplying high frequency power to the local heating coil, and a mechanism for moving the local heating coil relatively in the extending direction of the metal member.

摘要: A raw tire-preheating method and apparatus for preheating a raw tire uniformly over all the areas with a reduced running cost. The raw tire-preheating apparatus comprises a tread section-preheating mechanism (16) including a front coil (21) disposed so as to face a tread section (4a) for generating a high frequency magnetic field and for applying it to the tread section (4a); and a core mechanism consisting of center cores (24), separation cores (25) and side cores (26) for providing an intensity distribution of the high frequency magnetic field that the tread section (4a) is uniformly preheated overall in the tire width direction. A movement mechanism for moving at least one of the tread section-preheating mechanism (16) and the raw tire (4) is provided in order to move the tread section-preheating mechanism (16) relative to the tread section (4a).

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a vulcanization molding and its vulcanizing machine in which a heating pressure medium, which is nitrogen gas, is heated at high heat exchange ratio without an increase in the running cost and an increase in size. The vulcanizing machine includes a mold mechanism such as a lower side mold 5 and an upper side mold 25 and the like, which removably accommodate a green tire 4, an agitating mechanism 30, which agitates a heating pressure medium such as nitrogen gas or the like, which vulcanization mold the green tire 4 by heating the green tire 4 while pressing it against the mold mechanism, and an induction heating mechanism 41, which preferentially heats the agitating mechanism 30.

摘要: Highly oxidative water containing ozone and/or OH radicals dissolved in a large amount is prepared by dissolving an oxygen rich gas at high pressure in water and then the pressure is lowered to form fine bubbles in water from the dissolved oxygen rich gas and the fine bubbles are exposed to pulse discharge. Method of and apparatus capable of forming highly oxidative water containing ozone or OH radicals at high concentration exhibiting an oxidizing performance at a level sufficient to practical use with excellent power efficiency and productivity by discharge in water.

摘要: An ion beam analyzing apparatus wherein a scan image displayed on display means and the profile of an ion beam can be made coincide with each other readily to assure a high operability. Slit members for X and Y directions of an objector collimator are provided for movement to vary the dimensions of slits defined thereby, and dimensions A and B of the slits in the X and Y directions are detected. Dimensions X' and Y' of a spot of an ion beam irradiated upon a specimen on a target are calculated by multiplying the dimensions A and B by reduction ratios fx and fy of quadruple pole magnetic lenses, respectively, and then the dimensions X' and Y' are multiplied by values obtained by division of conditions Cx and Cy of an image apparatus by current scanning widths Sx and Sy of deflecting electrodes to calculate enlarged beam spot diameters X" and Y" respectively. An image having the diameters X" and Y" is displayed on a cathode ray tube so that an operator can visually grasp it. Consequently, a scan image of the specimen and the profile of the ion beam can be made coincide readily with each other by manual operation of a manually operable mechanism of a beam position setter.

摘要: A rotor having a cylindrical peripheral surface is disposed in a treatment vessel into which a carrier gas is introduced, and the rotor peripheral surface is opposed to the surface of a substrate with a predetermine gap therebetween. Film-forming particulates including atomic molecules of the film-forming material and cluster particulates thereof are scattered from the surface of the film-forming material supplying member by sputtering, and the rotor is rotated to form a carrier gas flow near the rotor peripheral surface. The film-forming particulates are transported to the vicinity of the surface of the substrate by the carrier gas flow and adhered to the surface of the substrate. As a result, the adverse effect of high-energy particles and the like is suppressed to efficiently form a satisfactory thin film by an evaporation or sputtering process, which has less restriction to a source material gas, without the need for large equipment.
