    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for buffering containers in a container treatment plant. According thereto, containers are put into storage in a grouped manner in single file on at least one input conveyor belt, are moved in single file on a transversely adjoining buffering surface of shuttles, guided and driven individually on rails, having row pushers, in a buffering direction extending transversely to the input direction, and are taken out of storage on at least one output conveyor belt. Since, furthermore, containers are taken out of storage from the buffering surface by means of branching conveyor belts integrated in the buffering surface, transversely to the buffering direction and independently of the input conveyor belt and output conveyor belt, and/or are put into storage on the buffering surface, it is possible for container flows to be distributed flexibly and combined on the buffering surface.

    摘要: A method and a device for buffering containers grouped in a single row in a filling system are described. For this purpose, the containers are entered into storage on at least one infeed conveyor belt in the infeed direction, moved in a single row onto a transversely adjoining buffer area by rail-guided and individually driven shuttles with row pushers in a buffering direction running transverse to the infeed direction, and are removed from storage on at least one outfeed conveyor belt transversely adjoining in the buffering direction. Due to the fact that the row pushers receive the containers in a single row in a guide channel formed/defined by an anterior row guide leading in the buffering direction and by a trailing posterior row guide, the groups of containers can be moved in the buffering direction and positioned precisely, quickly and secured against falling over without back pressure.

    摘要: A transfer conveyor for transferring articles from a first conveyor to a second conveyor comprises an input for receiving articles from the first conveyor and an output for transporting articles to the second conveyor, a first contact member and a second contact member having first and second contact surfaces, respectively, extending upwardly and facing each other for clamping articles between said contact surfaces when travelling from the input to the output and a curved transport path between the input and the output, and a counter member for holding up an article and/or at least one of the first and second contact members in vertical direction when an article is clamped by the contact members. At least one of the first contact member, the second contact member and the counter member is drivable for transporting articles from the input to the output.

A gap is defined between the first conveyor unit and the second conveyor unit. The first conveyor unit is adapted for delivering web products and tail wastes and for enabling web products to be sent to the second conveyor unit. The screening unit is set above the first conveyor unit for screening the web products and the tail wastes to cause each passed tail waste to fall onto the first conveyor unit from a standing position and then to fall out of the first conveyor unit through the gap.

    摘要: A buffer conveyor for conveying and buffering products comprises a first and a second conveyor, which move at least substantially parallel to each other in helical paths about a common vertical axis, albeit in opposite directions.A transfer unit is movable parallel to the first and the second conveyor in the aforesaid path with its inlet (HA) and outlet (HB) ends. The transfer unit is provided with at least one separate, drivable transfer element for transferring the products from the first conveyor to the second conveyor, so that the products can be transferred from the inlet end of the first conveyor to the discharge end of the second conveyor via the transfer unit. The transfer unit comprises a drive unit for moving the transfer unit along the paths of the respective conveyors with its ends in dependence on the speeds of the first and the second conveyor.The transfer element of the transfer unit describes an at least substantially horizontal path between the inlet end and the outlet end and extends outside the area defined by the adjacent paths of the first and the second conveyor.
