摘要： An industrial two-layer fabric includes an upper side fabric and a lower side fabric. The upper side warps of the upper side fabric comprise a first warp set and a second warp set. The first warp set contains two upper side warps and a warp binding yarn that binds the upper side fabric and the lower side fabric. The two upper side warps are woven with the same upper side wefts. The second warp set contains one upper side warp. At a position where the warp binding yarn passes above one of the upper side wefts, the warp binding yarn is placed between the two upper side warps of the first warp set and pass below the same one of the upper side wefts, whereby the two upper side warps and the warp binding yarn of the first warp set form the upper side warp design.

摘要： A method for producing a polymer topographic pattern on a continuous strip which has a longitudinal orientation and transverse orientation perpendicular thereto. The pattern is applied to an area of the continuous strip to be imprinted by means of an application device moving in relation to the strip in a basic movement which is parallel to the transverse orientation of the strip to produce the pattern. During production of the pattern, the position of the continuous strip parallel to its transverse orientation, relative to a stationary reference position, is measured and the position of the application device is changed by a correction movement parallel to the transverse orientation of the continuous strip when the position of the continuous strip parallel to its transverse orientation is changed, the correction movement being superimposed to the basic movement.

摘要： In an industrial multilayer fabric, narrower wefts of a small diameter are placed between lower side wefts so as to sandwich a knuckle formed by a lower side warp on the lower surface side of the fabric. The industrial fabric is obtained by stacking at least upper side wefts and lower side wefts one after another and weaving these wefts with warps. Narrower wefts that have a smaller diameter than that of the lower side wefts and form a shorter crimp than that formed by the lower side wefts on the lower side surface are arranged between the lower side wefts. And at a knuckle portion formed by warps passing under one or two successive lower side wefts, the narrower wefts form a crimp passing under lower side warps so as to sandwich, from both sides, one knuckle or two knuckles formed by two adjacent warps under two adjacent wefts.

In the industrial two-layer fabric thus formed, the knuckle of the warp binding yarn does not protrude further than the knuckle of the upper side warps.

摘要： A two layer fabric has first, second, third and fourth upper side wefts contiguously and repeatedly arranged. Each of three contiguously arranged warps forms a knuckle over second, over third, and over second upper side wefts respectively to form a separation portion. At both sides of the separation portion, both the second and third upper side wefts form a float portion by passing over two or more warps. Adjacent to the float portion, one warp passes over the second and third upper side wefts successively and one or two warps adjacent thereto pass over the second or the third upper side weft to form an approach portion where the second and third upper side wefts approach. Crimp portions are formed to sandwich the separation portion where the first and fourth upper side wefts pass over warps which are common to those of the separation portion.

The invention is characterized in that an intermediate layer is arranged at the warp knit structure which is connected with the reinforcing threads by way of the sewing threads.
